Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is making netizens swoon after his latest photoshoot. The actor is featured on the new campaign for jewellery brand, Tiffany & Co. He took to his Instagram account on Friday to share a slew of photos.

 

Dressed in all-black, Ranveer Singh ditches his long hair for a shorter one. The slick wavy hairdo with Tiffany accessories completes his campaign look. The netizens are swooning over him. “No rules. All welcome. #TiffanyLock. Share your personal unbreakable bonds that make you who you are,” the actor captioned the post.

Back in April 2023, Tiffany & Co. unveiled its newly renovated flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The store, which originally opened in 1940, has undergone a major transformation to reflect a modern and inviting atmosphere for customers. The revamped store boasts 17,000 square feet of retail space spread over four floors, featuring a range of Tiffany’s signature collections including engagement rings, high-end watches, and luxury accessories. Ranveer Singh was one of the many celebrities who attended the grand reopening of the store.

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is gearing up for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Viacom18 Studios and Dharma Productions present A Dharma Productions film, produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta, the film is all set to hit the big screen on 28th July 2023.

Farhad Samjis loss is Tarun Mansukhanis gain; real reason why Farhad was dropped from Housefull 5

Farhad Samji’s loss is Tarun Mansukhani’s gain. Farhad Samji has no option but to take the blame for the failure of the Salman Khan starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan although Salman ghost-directed the whole film. Nonetheless someone other than the superstar has to take the rap. Farhad now finds himself out of Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 5 which was rightfully Farhad’s. Farhad had directed Housefull 3(with his brother Sajid) and Housefull 4 (Farhad took over the latter after Sajid Khan was sacked).

Housefull 5 was his for the taking…. Until Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan came and tanked. Farhad Samji woke up on Friday to the announcement of Housefull 5 with another director’s name in his place.

It’s been a long wait for director Tarun Mansukhani. Once upon a time, he directed the successful Dostana with Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham. Since Dostana, Mansukhani has been writing and re-writing Dostana 2 for Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The film was finally scrapped when Kartik Aaryan who was to play the lead in the Dostana sequel, did not like the script.

In between Mansukhani directed the ill-fated Drive starring Sushant Singh Rajput for Karan Johar. Drive and Dostana 2 would have signalled a dead-end for the director were it not for producer Sajid Nadiadwala who has poached Mansukhani from Dharma Productions and has given him a new lease of life.

Let’s hope Housefull 5 brings the Dostana glory back to its exiled director Tarun Mansukhani. As for Farhad Samji, he has learnt the hard way that nothing succeeds in this industry like success, and nothing fails like failure either.

Kiara Advani expresses gratitude for positive response to SatyaPrem Ki Katha: Feeling extremely emotional

Actress Kiara Advani is grateful for the positive response for her latest release SatyaPrem Ki Katha which arrived in theatres on, June 29. As the film is receiving rave reviews and both Kartik Aaryan and Kiara’s performances are been appreciated, the actress is overwhelmed.

Taking to her Instagram story, Kiara Advani wrote, “Feeling extremely emotional reading all the reviews. Katha has been a very special character to me with a crucial message and today seeing you all give her so much love makes my heart so full.”

In another story, she added, She wrote, “Today, what has truly touched me is seeing my fans rejoice with all the reviews coming my way. They have rooted for me since the very beginning and seeing them feel a sense of victory has made me really emotional. I owed it to them. It has taken me some but here we are finally! It is their success. This love is genuinely magical #Justgrateful.”

The film also stars Supriya Pathak Kapur, Gajraj Rao, Siddharth Randheria, Anooradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Nirrmite Saawaant and Shikha Talsania, and it is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It has opened at the box office at Rs. 9.25 crores on the Day 1.

Meanwhile, Kiara Advani will next star in Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR starrer War 2. It will be helmed by Ayan Mukerji. She also has a project with Ram Charan called Game Changer.

BTS Jungkook to release new solo single Seven on July 14

Jungkook of 21st-century pop icons BTS will release his new solo single “Seven” on July 14. BIGHIT MUSIC made the announcement today via global fandom life platform Weverse.

“Seven” is a fun summer song that exudes Jung Kook’s unique charm. The song marks Jung Kook’s first official global solo debut, and he will show various new sides of him with the song and going forward.

Living up to the group’s universal reputation, Jungkook is known as an ‘all-rounder’ with his versatility in vocal, rap and performance. Sonam Kapoor opens up on signing just 2 projects; says My idea is to do two pieces of content every year

Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor, who returns to the movies after two years with Blind following her pregnancy, is clear that she wants to focus on doing two projects every year. Sonam has missed being on the sets and wants to be in front of the camera again because it genuinely makes her happy.

Sonam reveals, “I took two years off as I was pregnant and then wanted to take some time off with my son. Two years are not done yet and I have signed onto two projects – one show and one film that I will start working on. It will release in another year, because that is how films work. Then my idea is to do two pieces of content every year, that’s it, not more because I want to spend time with my family as well.”

Sonam was recently invited to the British Prime Minister’s reception at 10 Downing Street to represent India and its cultural impact globally. She says, “International brands are taking Indian actors as brand ambassadors and they are showcasing them more because they realise the power of Indian celebrities to understand how far reaching they are and how far reaching (they can be). It is interesting to see that now since the world is getting smaller because of social media and OTT etc., the recognition is coming easier.”

Anil Kapoor on Hindi film industry going through a rough patch: There will be good and bad times

Anil Kapoor, who is back with part 2 of The Night Manager, recently spoke about the Hindi film industry’s unable to give back-to-back successes and films failing at the box office. The actor did say that the industry has gone through a rough patch.

As per Indian Express, Anil Kapoor said, “I have been working for so many years, my father (Surinder Kapoor) was also in this industry, so we’ve been here for around 60 years. Actors, directors, producers talking about films working and not working… yeh silsila toh kaafi saalo se chal raha hai (Such things keep happening). There are phases… for example for two years a particular type of films don’t work and people say industry bandh ho rahi hai (the industry is closing down). I myself have seen these phases five to six times in my career, but that doesn’t happen, it will never happen. It is just how every person sees ups and downs in their life, so it is the same with the business, there will be good and bad times.”

“I take it (the dull phase) positively because during the Covid-19 pandemic people have taken the time to try and understand how to work harder, do better and make good films. Films we’ll see now will be very good, the audience will like it. People learn a lot in such situations, and those who don’t, don’t survive. I think those who are sincere and honest with their work and know their job, who know their craft, for them, there’s nothing to get scared about, they just have to keep working. Films will be made, if the films are good then the audience will come to watch it, they are watching good films,” Anil said.

The Night Manager season 2 premiered on June 29 on Disney+ Hotstar.

Filmmaker Karan Johar returns to direction with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani as it promises to be a cinematic extravaganza. Following the teaser release, the makers dropped the first song ‘Tum Kya Mile’ starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt on June 28. The song was shot in Kashmir and has been crooned by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal. Now, Alia is vibing to it.

Alia Bhatt has been on vacation with Ranbir Kapoor and her daughter Raha. Sharing the video, Alia wrote in the caption, “Pehle pahado mein aur ab beach pe… hum toh gaate rahenge.” The actress was lip syncing to ‘Tum Kya Mile‘ on the beach.

CBFC allows Ghapa Ghap in Ranbir Kapoors Sanju but CENSORS the slang in Kartik Aaryan-Kiara Advani starrer Satyaprem Ki Katha

Satyaprem Ki Katha has finally released today in cinemas with a lot of expectations. It stars Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani and just last year, they delivered a blockbuster in the form of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022). Hence, trade, industry and their fans are hoping Satyaprem Ki Katha to also score big at the box office. On June 24, it was reported that the love story had secured a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The reports further mentioned that the length of the film is 146.02 minutes, that is, 2 hours, 26 minutes and 2 seconds.

Bollywood Hungama has now laid its hands on the cut list. Before granting the censor certificate, the CBFC asked for 7 changes. The members of the Examining Committee asked the word ‘Cheliyaan’ to be replaced with ‘Saheliyaan’ from the lyrics ‘Radhe Ki Cheliyaan’ in the song ‘Gujju Pataka’. ‘Ek shot’ was deemed inappropriate and was replaced by ‘Ek baar’. Interestingly, the dialogue, in its original form, can be seen in the trailer.

Thirdly, the words ‘Ghapa Ghap’ were muted from the ‘Uske pehle toh dono ghapa ghap…’ dialogue. It was the 2018 blockbuster Sanju, starring Ranbir Kapoor, that made the words ‘Ghapa Ghap’ famous. In the Sanjay Dutt biopic, Vicky Kaushal’s character utters the phrase and it was slang for sex. Yet, it was allowed by the CBFC then and the film was given a U/A certificate. But the same words were deleted in Satyaprem Ki Katha.

Coincidentally Satyaprem Ki Katha releases on June 29, the same day as Sanju. Moreover, Nawazuddin Siddiqui-Neha Sharma starrer Jogira Sara Ra Ra, which was released last month, on May 26, also had ‘Ghapa Ghap’ in a dialogue and it was removed by the CBFC.

That’s not all. ‘Dirty mind’ was muted in the dialogue ‘Dirty mind hai aapka Katha ji’. The label of ‘Phenyl’ was asked to be removed wherever it is shown in the film. Lastly, the makers were asked to submit documentary evidence for the stats mentioned at the end of the film. After these changes were made, the censor certificate was granted to the makers of Satyaprem Ki Katha on June 13.

Karan Johar RRR stars Jr. NTR Ram Charan Siddharth Roy Kapur and Mani Ratnam invited by The Academy to join as members

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has extended invitations to 398 distinguished artists and executives to join the organization in 2023. As per the official website, the membership selection is based on professional qualifications, with an ongoing commitment to representation, inclusion, and equity. Amongst them are filmmakers Karan Johar and Mani Ratnam, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur and RRR stars Jr. NTR and Ram Charan.

Amongst actors Jr. NTR and Ram Charan’s names crop up who’ve had an illustrious year with the massive success of RRR globally followed by an Oscar win for ‘Naatu Naatu’. Karan Johar has been named in the producers’ category whereas Mani Ratnam’s name is mentioned amongst the directors.

“The Academy is proud to welcome these artists and professionals into our membership. They represent extraordinary global talent across cinematic disciplines, and have made a vital impact on the arts and sciences of motion pictures and on movie fans worldwide,” said Academy CEO Bill Kramer and Academy President Janet Yang to The Academy website.

As reported by Variety, “The 2023 class is 40% women. 34% belong to underrepresented ethnic/racial communities and 52% hail from 51 countries and territories outside the United States.”

Meanwhile, Ram Charan has welcomed his first child with his wife Upasana Konidela.  On the work front, Jr. NTR will next star in Devara. Karan Johar, on the other hand, has his directorial Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Mani Ratnam is currently riding high on the success of Ponniyin Selvan II.

Prithviraj Sukumaran discharged from hospital after reconstruction and repair of cartilage cruciate ligament and meniscus injuries

Earlier this week, Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran suffered an injury on the sets of Vilayath Buddha. The actor underwent keyhole surgery in the leg and now has been discharged from the hospital.

The actor received a surgical procedure for the reconstruction and repair of cartilage, cruciate ligament, and meniscus injuries. “Dr Jacob Varghese, Director of Orthopaedics and Head of Joint Preservation at VPS Lakeshore, led the successful surgery. Following the surgery, he (Prithviraj) underwent a comprehensive physiotherapy regimen to aid in his recovery,” VPS Lakeshore Hospital said in the statement, as reported by PTI.

The actor posted a health update on his Intagram account on Tuesday. “I had an accident while shooting an action sequence on Vilayath Buddha. Fortunately, I’m in the hands of experts who performed keyhole surgery and I’m now recouping. It’s rest and physiotherapy ahead for a couple of months,” the 40-year-old had said.

King Of Kotha Teaser: Dulquer Salmaan looks electrifying as a gangster in action packed movie

Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan is set for his big-budget mass entertainer King of Kotha. The film is produced by Wayfarer Films and Zee Studios. The first teaser was unveiled on June 28 in four languages – Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

The teaser promises tons of action as Dulquer Salmaan takes on the role of a gangster. The 94-second video begins with a voice narration, “People waited for the King’s return. They believed that only the King could save their land from the demon that devoured their children. Finally, the day arrived. The King returned.” Then, a mural shows the face of King, Dulquer. The video quickly shows the various characters and promises action-packed sequences.

King of Kotha says, “This is not Gandhigram… this is Kotha… Here, when I say it’s day, it’s day, and when I say it’s night, it’s night.”

Directed by Abhilash Joshi, the movie has a big star line-up along with Dulquer including Aishwarya Lekshmi, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Chemban Vinod Jose, Nyla Usha, Shanthi Krishna, Prasanna, Gokul Suresh, Sudhi Koppa and Anikha Surendran. King of Kotha is Zee Studios’ first Malayalam film.

King of Kotha tells the story of two eras. The cinematography is by Nimish Ravi. The script had been penned by Abhilash N Chandran. . The music has been composed by Jakes Bejoy and Shaan Rahman.

Indiana Jones throwback: When Amrish Puri was called ANTI-NATIONAL for playing Mola Ram in The Temple Of Doom; the actor had thundered Its really FOOLISH to take it so seriously

The much-awaited film, Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny, is all set to release in Indian cinemas tomorrow, that is, Thursday, June 29. It is the fifth and final part of the franchise and will feature 80-year-old Harrison Ford essaying the iconic character one last time. The first part, Raiders Of The Lost Ark, was released in 1981 and emerged as a cult classic and redefined the action-adventure genre. Many of the memorable adventure films that came in later like The Mummy, Tomb Raider, Jumanji etc. were all somewhere inspired or gave a déjà vu of the Indiana Jones films. Even Indian cinema has drawn inspiration as evident with the content and look of films like Naksha, Ram Setu etc. In fact, RRR director S S Rajamouli’s next with Mahesh Babu is also on the lines of the franchise. Rajamouli’s father and the film’s writer K V Vijayendra Prasad recently said, “It is along the lines of the Indiana Jones series. It will be an adventure-action drama, with lots of emotions, like Raiders Of The Lost Ark.”

Interestingly, the second film of the series, Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom (1984), was set in India and horrified the countrymen with its content. It shows Dr Jones accidentally reaching India where desperate villagers ask him to find a mystical stone, stolen from their temple by a powerful man from a Thuggee cult practising child slavery, black magic and human sacrifice in honour of the goddess Kali. The principal antagonist was Mola Ram, played by Amrish Puri.

Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom showed several Indians as barbaric and uncivilized. In a dinner scene set in a palace, the men of royal blood are seen feasting on snakes, spiders and monkey brains! Mola Ram is seen pulling hearts from victims before sacrificing them in the most heinous way.

It was no wonder that Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom was banned by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Moreover, the government didn’t even permit the shoot in India as they had reservations about the plot points and also with the use of the word ‘Maharaja’. The makers then shot the India scenes in neighbouring Sri Lanka.

Though Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom was never released in India, word spread about its content and the depiction of Gods and it was perceived as demeaning. Amrish Puri, as expected, faced brickbats. He was even termed ‘anti-national’ and he reacted to this episode in his autobiography. He wrote, “It was a chance of a lifetime working with Steven Spielberg, and I don’t regret it even for a moment. I don’t think I did anything anti-national; it’s really foolish to take it so seriously and get worked up over it.”

Amrish further wrote, “It’s based on an ancient cult that existed in India and was recreated like a fantasy. If you recall those imaginary places like Pankot Palace, starting with Shanghai, where the plane breaks down and the passengers use a raft to jump over it, slide down a hill and reach India, can this ever happen? But fantasies are fantasies, like our Panchatantra and folklore. I know we are sensitive about our cultural identity, but we do this to ourselves in our own films. It’s only when some foreign directors do it that we start cribbing.”

Pakistani singer Ali Sethi calls Arijit Singh No. 1 after Pasoori Nu remake: Main unke gaane sunta hoon

Satyaprem Ki Katha starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani is only a few days away from its release. Earlier this week, ‘Pasoori Nu’ was unveiled which is a remake of Pakistani Punjabi song crooned by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill for Coke Studio Pakistan. The new version has been sung by Arijit Singh and Tulsi Kumar. The music is given by Rochak Kohli and Ali Sethi. The lyrics of the song are given by Gurpreet Saini and Ali Sethi. While the song has received a mixed response from the audience, original singer Ali Sethi is supporting Arijit Singh’s version.

While sharing his views, in his recent live broadcast on Instagram, Ali Sethi said, “Arijit Singh is no 1. Main Arijit ke gaane sunta hoon and khaas taur par ‘Laal Ishq’, ‘Aayat’ and ‘Phir Le Aaya Dil’. Mujhe lagta hai ki yeh kaise ho sakta hai ki ek contemporary modern singer jo bilkul ek contemporary andaaz main gaaye like ‘Haan Main Galat’, woh jab semi classical andaaz ko chhedhte hai, you don’t feel for a moment that you are missing that shudhta which is required for classical (I have heard Arijit’s songs specially ‘Laal Ishq’, ‘Aayat’ and ‘Phir Le Aaya Dil’. Satyaprem Ki Katha also marks a collaboration between NGE and Namah Pictures. Interestingly, Sajid Nadiadwala and Shareen Mantri Kedia with Kishor Arora & director Sameer Vidwans won a National Award for their respective feature films. The film will be released in theaters on 29th June 2023.

Karan Johar pays homage to Yash Chopra in Tum Kya Mile from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani: It had to be unapologetic or it wouldnt be true

Filmmaker Karan Johar is all set to release the first song ‘Tum Kya Mile’ from his directorial Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani today. The song features Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt and has been crooned by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal. With this song, Karan Johar pays homage to late filmmaker Yash Chopra who was the true pioneer of love songs shot in the valleys and actresses wearing chiffon sarees.

Ahead of the song release today in the afternoon, Karan Johar penned a heartfelt note. The song, choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, was shot in Kashmir. Karan said, “In a few hours #tumkyamile will be yours…. I remember at the very onset my instinct was that I wanted to film a love song that would unabashedly pay homage to my guru Yash Chopra…. The thinking evolved mind would say “you can’t match it or even dare to emulate it “ but the fan boy and the ardent lover of snow, chiffons,the stunning locations of Kashmir and sheer romance got the better of me. Pritam Dada and I yearned for a song for the ages from the ages and it had it be unapologetic or it wouldn’t be true …My deepest gratitude to Vaibhavi Merchant who got the Memo better than I did and completely took charge and being a Yash Chopra lover herself … she gave her heart to our song.”

This was the first song Alia Bhatt shot after giving birth to her daughter Raha. Whereas it marks Ranveer’s first snow-filled mountain love song. “This is also the first shoot Alia did after the birth of her angel and I remain in apology for freezing her in Manish Malhotra chiffons … in sympathy I fell drastically ill through the shoot ( a karmic punishment perhaps ????) Ranveer was nervous as this was his first lip sync mountain love song but he was a real trooper.”

Tom Cruise is on a run again in cinematic new photos from the sets of Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning Part One

Hollywood megastar Tom Cruise is on a run again in the new set of photos unveiled from the upcoming action movie, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.  Following the world premiere in Rome last week, Cruise is gearing up for the Abu Dhabi premiere.

Ahead of the film’s Dubai premiere, a new set of images see him running, one of the most iconic acts of Ethan Hunt. One sees him running through the streets of Rome, running in a stadium, running through a church maybe. In another image, he is in a desert atop a camel. Rebecca Ferguson is seen pointing his gun at someone in another photo.

Speaking to Collider at the Rome premiere, Cruise said, “[It has] submarines, it has the desert, it has Rome, beautiful locations in Abu Dhabi, Norway, a train that we built, action on the train, and a very engrossing story with a really beautiful cast, an amazing, very charismatic cast. I think when you look at this movie, it really defines what I think about cinema and why because you look at this kind of cast, you look at a brilliant ensemble cast, and the kind of story is very engrossing.”

In Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team embark on their most dangerous mission yet: To track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, and dark forces from Ethan’s past closing in, a deadly race around the globe begins. Hansal Mehta inks multi-year series partnership with Netflix after Scoop: This is only going to empower me to dive into a variety of undiscovered stories

Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has inked a multi-year series partnership with streaming giant Netflix after the release of Scoop, which received much acclaim. This news follows after his web series Scoop released on the platform earlier this month, starring Karishma Tanna, Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub and Harman Baweja.

Hansal Mehta told Variety, “As a filmmaker, the idea of creating diverse and dynamic stories constantly keeps me on my toes. What excites me about this partnership with Netflix, which is home to some of the finest talent, is the potential for my work to reach viewers across the world. As was the case with ‘Scoop,’ Netflix is engaged in the creative process right from the scripting, all the way to its marketing and distribution which is critical for the success of any creative collaboration. This long term partnership with them is only going to empower me to dive into a variety of undiscovered stories.”

Zeenat Aman celebrates Pride Month; says It perplexes me that anyone should take offence to the personal choices of another when it does them no harm

Veteran legend Zeenat Aman has collaborated with Google India to celebrate Pride Month and support the LGBTQIA+ community. The actress penned a lengthy note and urged people to support and not hate the people who have not done any harm. In the post, Zeenat says she considers herself to be an ally.

Zeenat Aman wrote, “Happy Pride Month, dear followers. When @googleindia reached out to me to be a part of their #searchforchange campaign, my first instinct was to suggest they approach someone from the LGBTQIA+ community. As a straight person I have not lived any of their experiences and so cannot speak for them. I do however consider myself an ally. I have befriended, known and worked with many talented, creative, artistic and wonderful people from this community.”

She wrote, “My message thus is not for the LGBTQIA+ community; they know their own experiences best. My message is for straight folk, especially those older generations who are struggling to accept, or are outright denying, the existence of queer identities. Culture and nature are the two banal arguments that I hear cited against such relationships time and again. I am no anthropologist, but I know that healthy cultures are ever evolving. Neither am I a naturalist, but I know that queer relationships exist in a diversity of species. Beyond this is the simple matter of free will. My own philosophy has always been to live and let live, and it perplexes me that anyone should take offence to the personal choices of another when it does them no harm. That too in matters of love.”

Later, quoting Rabindranath Tagore’s poem ‘Where the Mind is Without Fear’, she added, “Do you remember that beautiful Tagore poem ‘Where the Mind is Without Fear’? Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha back in Delhi after wedding location scouting in Rajasthan watch

Parineeti Chopra is back in New Delhi with her fiance Raghav Chadha after visiting Rajasthan for location scouting. The couple is apparently preparing for a winter wedding.

At the airport on Monday, Parineeti Chopra was dressed in a navy blue top along with a black shrug and pants. Raghav Chadha was wearing a beige shirt and pants. The two of them headed towards their car at the airport. Last month, Parineeti had visited Udaipur for location scouting. This time, the two of them visited Rajasthan together. The plan is to visit Jaipur as well.

Back in May 2023, it was reported that Parineeti met Shikha Saxena, Deputy Director of the Tourism Department of Udaipur. Speaking to Hindustan Times, Shikha had said, “I met Parineeti at the airport, where we had a good 20-minute conversation, following which we spent the day going to the venues with her. She was not directly talking about marriage but the conversation revolved around things which were indicative around that.”

“She was inquiring about the weather in Udaipur, when does the monsoon start and winter start. She had September in her mind. I told her that we have late monsoon, so it would be rainy till the last week of September. At that instance, she looked at her PA and noted down the information,” Shikha had added.

As per reports, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha will get married between October 28-29. They will apparently host two receptions – one in Chandigarh and another one in Mumbai.

Salman Khan receives death threat from gangster Goldy Brar: We will definitely kill him

Salman Khan has once again received a death threat. The actor has already filed a complaint with Mumbai Police after receiving a threatening email earlier this year. He has received theatres from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi as well. Now, Goldy Brar, who claimed to be allegedly behind the murder of Sidhu Moosewala, has said that he will kill Salman Khan.

In an interview with India Today channel, Goldy Brar said that his gang will “definitely kill” Salman. “We will kill him, we will definitely kill him. Bhai saheb (Lawrence) had stated that he wouldn’t apologise. Baba will show mercy only when he feels merciful,” Brar said, and referenced to Lawrence Bishnoi.

Brar continued, “Like we have said earlier, it’s not just about Salman Khan. We will continue our attempts against all our enemies as long as we’re alive. Salman Khan is our target, there’s no doubt about that. We’ll keep trying, and when we succeed, you’ll know.”

In May, the Canadian government named Goldy Brar, real name Satinder Singh Brar, among the country’s most wanted top 25 criminals.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan starred Shah Rukh Khan as Major Samar Anand, the protagonist, and Sharib Hashmi portrayed the character of Zain Mirza, his best friend. Interestingly, there was another actor who auditioned for the role of Zain but was unable to secure it. In a recent interview, Sharib shared a connection with Katrina Kaif, who was also a part of the film.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan, a romantic drama directed by Yash Chopra, hit the screens in 2012. The film featured Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. In an interview with Aaj Tak, Sharib revealed an interesting connection between Vicky Kaushal and the film. He disclosed that Vicky had auditioned for the role of Zain, SRK’s friend. However, the makers felt that Vicky wasn’t suitable for the part, leading to Sharib being chosen for the role instead.

For the unversed, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied knot in December last year after dating for 2 years. It was a grand wedding in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. It was a private wedding in the presence of family members with limited friends from the film industry.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is currently basking the success of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. Co-starring Sara Ali Khan, the film featured them as a married couple from a middle-class household living in a joint family who come up with a unique solution to resolve their issues. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film released on June 2. On the other hand, Katrina’s last film was Phone Bhoot, which was a theatrical release.
