Sonakshi Sinha addresses pregnancy rumours; says, “ab hum hospital nahi ja sakte”

Sonakshi Sinha has finally spoken out about her pregnancy speculations, just days after her wedding to Zaheer Iqbal. The actress was recently photographed by paparazzi outside a Mumbai hospital, prompting speculation that she is expecting her first child with Zaheer Iqbal. However, in a recent interview, the actress made a sly dig at the speculations, revealing that she can’t even go to the hospital since people believe she is pregnant.

“The only change is ab hum hospital nahi ja sakte kyunki jaise hi aap niklo logon ko lagta hai aap pregnant ho. That’s the only difference,” Sonakshi told Times Now.

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal married on June 23, 2024. The pair had a private wedding at the former’s Bandra home. Later, when uploading wedding photos online, the newlyweds wrote, “On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each others eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife. Here’s to love, hope and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever. Sonakshi Zaheer 23.06.2024.”

There were allegations that Sonakshi’s brother, Kussh Sinha, was furious and did not attend her wedding. However, in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Kussh claimed that he was an integral part of the gala night, debunking claims that the Sinhas were dissatisfied with Sonakshi and Zaheer’s union.

Sonakshi told News18, “I have already seen people publishing inaccurate information. It started with an article in a leading portal that had a quote by an unnamed source. I am not sure who’s doing all this right now and where it’s coming from. But a few houses have my images [from the night],”

Bollywood actor Salman Khan received the loudest cheers when he performed alongside groom-to-be Anant Ambani during the latter’s wedding sangeet in Mumbai on Friday evening. At the ceremony, the duo played Salman’s hit song ‘Aisa Pehli Baar Hua Hai’. Anant, the son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and wife Nita Ambani, is expected to marry Radhika Merchant next week. Ahead of Anant’s wedding, the Ambanis held a magnificent sangeet at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), which was attended by numerous Bollywood A-listers.

Mukesh and Nita Ambani recently hosted a mass wedding for the needy on July 2 at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in Palghar as part of their wedding festivities. Isha Ambani Piramal, Anant Ambani’s sister, wore an attire inspired by the ancient Gujarati style of Bandhani to Radhika Merchant’s ‘mameru’ ceremony on July 3. Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities began with a ceremony at the Ambani house in Mumbai.

Isha looked stunning in an Arpita Mehta-designed orange ruffle saree at the occasion. The bandhani ensemble was decorated with mirror, thread, and cut danna hand embroidery, and the gold blouse matched the saree nicely.

On June 29, before the ‘mameru’ ritual, the Ambanis held a private puja ceremony at their Mumbai home, Antilia.

Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani will marry on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.

Shah Rukh Khan expressed his pleasure and joy after witnessing Team India’s triumphant parade in Mumbai following their T20 World Cup success. The Indian cricket team won the title in an exciting final match against South Africa on Saturday in Barbados.

The Indian squad celebrated their victory with great zeal at Wankhede Stadium after receiving a grand welcome.

Tens of thousands of ecstatic fans lined Marine Drive before converging at Wankhede to cheer on Team India, producing spectacular and emotional scenes in Mumbai. Following a magnificent roadshow, the squad was honoured by BCCI authorities and given a cheque for Rs 125 crore. Junaid Khan opens up about father Aamir Khan’s constructive criticism; says, “I’m blessed because I come from a very supportive family”

Junaid Khan, who has received praise for his portrayal in his recent debut film Maharaj, has remarked about “his biggest critic at home”. In an interview with India Today, Junaid said that his father, Aamir Khan, mother, Reena Dutta, and sister, Ira Khan, are “very supportive and very encouraging even in their criticism.”

He said, “We don’t really talk about films so much. But I know that Ira (my sister) unconditionally supports me. I’m blessed because I come from a very supportive family. Also, they don’t shy away from saying it like it is. Even Papa (Aamir) will say, ‘Look, I feel this, but you should do what you want.’ The same is with mom. So, yeah, I think everybody is very supportive and very encouraging even in their criticism.”

Junaid also responded to a question about his height gap with Aamir and how his acting technique differs from his father’s. He continued, “I guess that is a compliment (laughs). No, I don’t know how to answer that in the sense that it’s not necessarily a conscious thing. I guess as performers, we’re all different. He’s a fantastic actor. A lot of times, between two of his own films, you would not be able to tell it’s the same person. So, yes, we are very different as performers.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who are expecting their first child together, watched Kalki 2898 AD on Tuesday night. Several photographs and videos of the couple outside a movie theater appeared on social media networks, however they were photographed coming separately.

Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, Saswata Chatterjee, and Shobhana star in this multilingual film. Vyjayanthi Movies produces Kalki 2898 AD, which is described as a combination of the Hindu epic Mahabharata with science fiction. The film was released worldwide on June 27 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English languages.

On the work front, Deepika and Ranveer will appear in the film Singham Again, which will be released in theaters on November 1. The film also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff, among others. Ranveer will also star in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha release delayed; new date to be announced soon

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu, was scheduled to open in theatres on July 5. However, due to the success of Kalki 2898 AD at the box office, the film’s release date is expected to be pushed.

The makers have now officially confirmed the film’s new release date. The statement stated, ‘On the request of the exhibitors and distribution fraternity, we have mutually decided to shift the release date of our film, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha.’ It also noted, ‘New release date to be announced soon.’

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is Ajay and Tabu’s eleventh film together, and fans are anxious to see them as lovers. Director Neeraj Panday admits that he was unaware of their off-screen friendship, but he thought they were the ideal cast for the picture. “Two years back, when we were figuring out our next theatrical release, the germ of this film came to me. It was there in some form in my head before that but I didn’t actually sit down and write about it till two years ago. And Ajay and Tabu were my first choices. Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha is an epic love story that follows Krishna and Vasudha as their young relationship confronts numerous challenges, eventually leading to their separation when Krishna commits multiple murders and is condemned to life in jail. Krishna gets released from prison after 22 years, and the story revolves around his final rendezvous with Vasudha.

When asked about the success of Kalki 2898 AD, producer Sangeeta Ahir of Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha stated, “It is good for us that the audience is back in theatres and happy days are back.”
