Amazon Prime Video unveils Crash Course trailer which showcases highly competitive lives of students, watch video

Amazon Prime Video on Monday released the trailer of their original drama series Crash Course. The trailer showcases a tale of the highly competitive lives of students as they navigate through life as they juggle through the pressures of student life, all the while forging friendships that would stand the test of time. The trailer gives a sneak-peek into the different facets of friendship, love, peer pressure, and competitiveness that they undergo while trying to score high in the entrance exam that will shape their career. It also showcases how the rivalry between the coaching institutes wreaks havoc in the students’ lives.

Crash Course is created by Manish Hariprasad and directed by Vijay Maurya and is produced by Owlet Films. The series is a 10-episode original drama that brings a mix of seasoned and fresh talent who depict different challenges of students through their portrayal of the characters. Actors Mohit Solanki, Hridhu Haroon, Anushka Kaushik, , Bhavesh Balchandani, Aryan Singh, Hetal Gada, and Anvesha Vij play IT aspirants, while Riddhi Kumar is a medical coaching student. The show also features veteran actor Annu Kapoor alongside Bhanu Uday, Udit Arora, Pranay Pachauri, and Bidita Bag in pivotal roles.

Kriti Sanon to have a working birthday on the sets of Shehzada in Haryana

Kriti Sanon is constantly working, hopping from one film set to another. The  actress is now all set to mark her birthday this year on yet another set. As per a source close to the film, the entire cast is stationed in Haryana for the shoot of their next, Shehzada and even on 27th of July they will be in the Northern state so it is going to be a working birthday for the actress this year.

The cast was recently shooting a massive song with choreographer Ganesh Acharya. The film marks the reunion of Luka Chuppi duo Kartik and Kriti. It is Hindi remake of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.

On the work front, Kriti Sanon is all set to be seen in films like Adipurush, Ganapath, Shehzada, Bhediya and Anurag Kashyap’s unannounced next.

Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Suresh Oberoi shoot Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal at Pataudi Palace, see leaked photo

Following the release of Shamshera, Ranbir Kapoor resumed new schedule of Animal which is being helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film marks their first association. A photo of actors Ranbir, Anil Kapoor and Suresh Oberoi has leaked online which unveils their look. The schedule has commenced at the Pataudi Palace. The shooting is happening at Sharmila Tagore-Saif Ali Khan’s gorgeous family house.

In the picture, Ranbir Kapoor is donning a black full sleeve t-shirt with black pants. He is holding a bowl in one hand and a snack in another. The actor sports clean shaven look. On the right, one sees Anil Kapoor in all black as well. Next to him, Suresh Oberoi is seated on a chair. The picture was shared by makeup artist Anam Khan.

Headlined by Ranbir Kapoor, the film also boasts of an ensemble cast led by Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Suresh Oberoi and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is slated to have a worldwide release on 11th August 2023.

Animal is produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures, and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios.

Drashti Dhami and Gulshan Devaiah to star in Korean drama Flower Of Evil remake Duranga on ZEE5, first look unveiled

ZEE5 is all set to announce its next original – Duranga. Directed by Pradeep Sarkar and Aijaz Khan, Duranga is an official adaptation of the Korean show named Flower of Evil which starred Lee Joon Gi, Moon Chae Won. Helmed by Goldie Behl and Shradha Singh, the romantic thriller will star Gulshan Devaiah and Drashti Dhami as protagonists and will premiere on the platform in August 2022.

Produced by Rose Audio Visuals, Duranga chronicles the love story of Sammit [played by Gulshan Devaiah] and Ira [played by Drashti Dhami], that unfolds in three different timelines. Hiding a twisted past, Sammit maintains a facade of a perfect husband to his Inspector wife — Ira. With a series of twists and turns, Ira begins investigating multiple gory copycat murders by the suspected accomplice of a psychopathic serial killer Bala, twenty years after his suicide. This case leads her to some shocking revelations about her husband! In true Kafkaesque style, the story will show how the protagonists wade through constant problems, despite which, they stand tall. But still leaving you with a question – How well do you know your partner?

Woah! Salman Khan announces No Entry sequel post Bhaijaan at Vikrant Rona event

Salman Khan recently left everyone surprised with his entry on stage during the Vikrant Rona event. The superstar, who is presenting this Kichcha Sudeepa, Jacqueline Fernandez starrer, made an interesting revelation while interacting with the media. During the conversation with media, the superstar may have announced that he would kick off No Entry 2 after wrapping up Bhaijaan.

While many actors in the past have revealed details about No Entry sequel including director Anees Bazmee, it was also being said that considering the work commitments of Salman Khan and Anil Kapoor, it was getting tough to adjust the shoot schedules. Although Anees Bazmee had revealed in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, that Salman may be considering kicking off No Entry 2 in December, it seems that the superstar used the Vikrant Rona event platform to drop a major hint about starting the shoot for the comedy.

He not only invited Anees Bazmee to the Vikrant Rona event but also added, “Yahan par aise writer director baite hain… Rs.100 100 crore ki hit de raha hai aadmi, woh bhi comedy mein… kal No Entry Mein bhi deyega … 300 crore.” (There is a writer-director here… he is giving Rs. 100 100 crore hits, and that too in comedy. He will give one with No Entry too. It will be Rs. 300 crores). His statement seems to have become an affirmation of sorts where it is being said that the actor will kick off the Anees Bazmee directorial No Entry 2 (Sequel) as soon as he finishes the shoot of Bhaijaan (Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali).

Coming to Vikrant Rona, readers would be aware that it is a multi-lingual fantasy adventure drama starring Kichcha Sudeepa as the leading man along with Jacqueline Fernandez and other actors playing pivotal roles. The Hindi dubbed version of the film will be distributed by Salman under his banner Salman Khan Films. Besides Hindi and its original Kannada, the Anup Bhandari directorial will also release in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
