Wolverine Voice Actor Cal Dodd is Back in the Booth for X-Men '97

We're going to hear a very familiar voice as Wolverine when X-Men '97 starts streaming. At the end of last year, it was announced that a revival of the X-Men animated series from the 1990s would be getting an official continuation on Disney+. The new series, dubbed X-Men '97, picks up directly from where the first cartoon left off, carrying over the same characters with many of the same original voice actors.

Since the beginning of 2022, the Omicron variant of Covid-19 has continued to wreak havoc across the entertainment industry, with Star Trek: Picard and The Late, Late Show with James Corden being two of the latest to halt production as the number of positive Covid cases increases to unmanageable levels on set. On the same day that L.A. recorded a record 10,000 new Covid cases, the news of the two shut-downs came in the same week that Sony delayed the release of Marvel movie Morbius, the Grammy Awards were postponed and several premieres and red carpet events were either canceled or delayed indefinitely.

The recent second episode of The Book of Boba Fett, titled "The Tribes of Tatooine," has officially brought in a fan-favorite Star Wars character into live-action for the very first time. In "The Tribes of Tatooine," the episode begins with Boba Fett trying to figure out who originally sent the assassins that appeared at the end of the series premiere. He then pays a visit to the mayor and then to Madam Garsa before finally learning that the people behind it all are actually a pair of Hutts looking to claim Jabba's former territory. That's all not even close to the exciting part about this week's episode.



Ming-Na Wen Has Fingers Crossed for Agents of SHIELD Revival

With Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio reprising their roles from previously non-MCU shows, the question on many fans’ minds is that other characters might appear in future MCU projects. Some fans of the ABC show Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD are using D’Onofrio’s and Cox’s appearances as a rallying cry to revive the beloved show.
