That 70's Show Star Wilmer Valderrama To Lead Disney's Zorro TV Series

There have been a few attempts recently to bring the iconic hero Zorro back to the big and small screen, with Robert Rodriguez being reported to be developing a gender-swapped version, while Alex Rivera was only recently said to be working on a reimagining of the sword-wielding swashbuckler, turning him into a modern day hacker who uses the Zorro name as their tag. Now there appears to be a third contender for the Zorro crown, with That 70’s Show’s Wilmer Valderrama producing and starring in a live-action TV adaptation of Disney’s own 1950s show, Zorro, according to reports in Variety.



Sweet Valley High Reboot Headed to The CW With Gossip Girl Developers

Teens of the 1990s will have fond memories of the TV adaptation of Francine Pascal’s Sweet Valley High, the series that ran for four seasons between 1994 and 1997 and starred Brittany Daniel, Cynthia Daniel, Amy Danles and Ryan Bittle among others. Now it appears that the series is about to get the reboot treatment by The CW, who are continuing their numerous revivals with a brand new take on the original series of 181 novels, with a series that is simply titled Sweet Valley.

Gotham Knights Series is Happening at the CW with Batwoman Team

The CW is delving further into their version of a Gotham City without Batman with Gotham Knights, a new live-action series based on the DC comic books. The drama is in development at the network from Batwoman alums Natalie Abrams, Chad Fiveash, and James Stoteraux with the three serving as writers on the new show. Fiveash and Stoteraux have also worked on The Vampire Diaries and Gotham while Abrams' other credits include Supergirl and All American.



Servant to End with Fourth and Final Season at Apple TV+

It's the beginning of the end for Servant on Apple TV+. Ahead of the show's third season premiere in January, the streamer has renewed the show for a fourth season. The news may be bittersweet for fans, as the renewal also comes with the announcement that season 4 will also be the final season of Servant. Shortly after the renewal news was announced, M. Night Shyamalan added on Twitter that season 4 would conclude the series.
