Amazon Reveals Rings Of Power Title for Lord of the Rings Series in Teaser Video

If there is one thing that Amazon Prime Video seems more than capable of doing, it’s making a big thing out of something relatively small. They proved that today with the arrival of a minute-long title reveal trailer for their upcoming Lord of The Rings series ahead of the launch in September this year. The video features a slow-building visual of mists and fires, the forging of rings and a recital of Tolkien’s text, “Three rings for the Elven Kings under the sky, Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone. Nine for mortal men, doomed to die. One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne. In the Land of Mordor, where the Shadows lie.” At the end of the poem, the title of Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power is revealed.



The White Lotus Adds 4 New Cast Members for Season 2

F. Murray Abraham (Mythic Quest), Tom Hollander (The Night Manager), Adam DiMarco (The Order), and Haley Lu Richardson (The Edge of Seventeen) are set to join season 2 of The White Lotus at HBO. The four new cast members join previously announced cast members Michael Imperioli and Aubrey Plaza.

King of the Hill Revival in the Works as Creators Launch New Animation Company

King of the Hill fans are closer than ever to making a return to Arlen, Texas. Per The Hollywood Reporter, series creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels recently reunited to form the animation company Bandera Entertainment. Their goal is to expand the animation genre to include as many sub-genres as live-action fare, and they've spent the past couple years building up a slate of various animated projects.
