The View's Whoopi Goldberg will be taking a two-week sabbatical from the talk show after she was suspended by ABC. Per CNN, the suspension comes after she remarked on the program that the Holocaust was "not about race." This led to backlash against Goldberg, prompting the Sister Act star to issue a public apology. The network felt additional steps were still necessary to rectify the situation and it's been announced that Goldberg is taking a mandatory leave of absence.



Joseph Morgan and Other New Villains Join Cast of Titans Season 4

Joseph Morgan will join the main cast of Titans during its fourth season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He will play Sebastian Blood, which comic book fans may know better as Brother Blood. The character has been described as "an introvert with strong intelligence and with a hidden, darker nature." Previously the character's organization, the Church of Blood, appeared on a sign during the season 3 premiere.

Legendary comedy duo Bob Odenkirk and David Cross are reuniting for a new comedy series, and the premise alone makes it clear that it will be must-see television. Per Deadline, the stars of Mr. Show with Bob and David are getting back together to develop a docu-style comedy for the streaming service Paramount+. Bill Odenkirk is also teaming up with the pair and ViacomCBS to make the series, which is dubbed Guru Nation.

eOne's Dungeons & Dragons live-action series has just taken a big step forward. Per Variety, Red Notice helmer Rawson Marshall Thurber has just signed on to creatively oversee the project, which will entail writing and directing the pilot script. Thurber will also serve as an executive producer for the series, which is based on the popular fantasy role-playing game published by Hasbro's Wizards of the Coast.



Loki Season 2 to Begin Filming in Summer 2022

A previous rumor regarding the second season of Loki has seemingly been confirmed, with The Disinsider claiming that filming on the Disney+ show will begin in the summer of 2022. Referencing a casting website, the latest report states that production on Loki Season 2 is expected to start in June, with filming taking place at Pinewood Studios in England.
