Vir Das in association with Great State Aleworks launches his own craft beer

Vir Das is now all set to soar our spirits even higher. This time alongside his comedy bits on stage, one will now be able to enjoy a light and crisp beer called Faaaak It, which is being brewed and distributed by one of India’s most innovative craft breweries – Great State Aleworks.

The team along with Vir, spent over a year to find the perfect blend of flavours before the final brew was locked in. The marriage between stand up comedy and a good time over a beer go hand in hand, making this a perfect collaboration and a perfect step into an entrepreneurial journey for Vir. Currently the beer will be available across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. In terms of a flavour profile, the beer is a clean, crisp and easy drinking beer with low bitterness and a fruity & dry finish.

Vir said in a statement, “Our motto was to spread happiness. And after a maybe stressful day you might want to literally say Faaaak It and have a can of beer to unwind yourself. Also we wanted the beer to be for everyone, far often brands tend to alienate beer drinkers like the younger demographics or even women, and we wanted this to be for everyone. The team at Great State Aleworks and I spent a good deal of time to find a flavour profile that can be enjoyed by all”.

Jeremy Renner impressed by a huge crowd in Rajasthan as he shoots Rennervations, Anil Kapoor jokes people just wanted to see the chopper

Marvel actor Jeremy Renner is currently in India shooting his Disney+ project, Rennervations. For the same, Anil Kapoor seems to be part of it and has been seen in several videos and conversations via photos and videos. The project is currently being shot in Alwar, Rajasthan.

Anil took to his Instagram Stories on Monday to share videos from his visit to Rajasthan and when he and Jeremy got meet a crowd gathered to see them. The video showed the actors stepping out of the car and waving at the fans. Jeremy’s team member said that ‘this is crazy,’ while the Marvel star was ready to hop onto a chopper.

Anil then joked that the crowd was gathered to see the chopper and not them. “The crowds not for us guys it’s for the chopper,” he quipped.

Back in February 2022, Disney+ announced Rennervations backed by Jeremy Renner. According to Deadline, the story follows Jeremey Renner as he travels to world to help communities. “Behind the big screen, Jeremy is a construction aficionado. He is heavily invested in the highly creative fabricator culture that exists across the globe and hopes to change lives with these skills and inspire others to do the same,” per Disney.

Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor is gearing up for the release of Jugjugg Jeeyo.

Kartik Aaryan and producer Bhushan Kumar visited the holy city of Varanasi, on Tuesday. As per a source, it was Kartik’s mannat to visit the sacred spots if his film had a successful release. The actor had the crowds raving in the holy city as he visited the Kashi Vishwanath temple and then performed the Ganga aarti in the evening. He could also be seen taking blessings from the holy river of Ganga.

Now that he has exceeded all our expectations by delivering a reviving opening for the industry and becoming one of the biggest opening weekend of the year with a total weekend collection of Rs. 55.96 Cr, his mannat has been fulfilled and how.

Aamir Khan to host IPL 2022 finale ahead of Laal Singh Chaddha trailer release on May 29

Watch out for the IPL finale on 29th May, hosted by Aamir Khan, from 6 Pm onwards on the star sports network and Disney Hotstar.

Thor: Love And Thunder trailer sees Chris Hemsworth facing off galactic killer Gorr the God Butcher aka Christian Bale

Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder trailer has arrived revealing new details about the God of Thunder’s latest adventure — including a trek to Olympus where Zeus (Russell Crowe) reigns supreme.

The film finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey unlike anything he’s ever faced — a search for self-discovery. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who — to Thor’s surprise — inexplicably wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.

Returning director Taika Waititi is back to helm Thor: Love and Thunder, and the film is produced by Kevin Feige and Brad Winderbaum.

With this film, Chris Hemsworth becomes the first Marvel actor to headline fourth solo film in Marvel Cinematic Universe. He last appeared in Avengers: Endgame (2019). The first teaser debuted just a month ago in April.

Thor: Love and Thunder opens in theaters July 8, 2022.
