The team of Raksha Bandhan is on a promotional spree. After Dubai, Pune, Indore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Kokata promotions, team including producer Aanand L Rai, lead actor Akshay Kumar and the cast, arrived in Lucknow. Now, amidst the promotions, Akshay took to social media to praise his co-star Bhumi Pednekar. The actress stars opposite Kumar.

Directed by Aanand L Rai, produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma in association with Zee Studios, Alka Hiranandani and Cape of Good Films, written by Himanshu Sharma & Kanika Dhillon, the music of Raksha Bandhan has been composed by Himesh Reshammiya and lyrics are by Irshad Kamil.

Raksha Bandhan featuring Bhumi Pednekar, Akshay Kumar, Neeraj Sood, Seema Pahwa, Sadia Khateeb, Abhilash Thapliyal, Deepika Khanna, Smrithi Srikanth and Sahejmeen Kaur is all set to release on 11th August 2022.

Anushka Sen vacations in Switzerland; shares this iconic photo with DDLJ poster at Mount Titlis

Anushka Sen is living life queen size as the actress has taken off on a lovely Europe trip and we cannot stop gushing over her latest social media posts. Anushka, who is known face in television, started gaining a lot of popularity on social media and the actress has been seen bagging some very interesting projects including Korean drama.  As for trips, it comes as no surprise that the 20 year old actress loves to live out of a suitcase. After London and Paris, Anushka was recently spotted vacationing in Switzerland.

Over the weekend, we got several glimpses of her recent Switzerland trip. Ranging from gardens to Mount Titlis, Anushka posted photo dump from the Swiss vacay on her Instagram page. Amid Indian remake with Kajol, Julianna Margulies starrer The Good Wife gets Chinese adaptation titled Rose War with actors Yuan Quan and Huang Xiaoming in leading roles

It is known that popular American legal drama The Good Wife starring Julianna Margulies is getting Indian adaptation with Kajol headlining the project. It is set for Disney+ Hotstar platform and the actress will mark her web series debut. But, the American political and legal drama is not simply getting Indian remake but also Chinese remake with actors Yuan Quan and Huang Xiaoming as the leads.

While the original series ran between 2009 to 2016 with 156 episodes aired in total spanning seven seasons, the Chinese remake which is titled Rose War will reportedly air 40 episodes. As per official synopsis, it seems like the story is following the original plot as Gu Nian (Wei Zhao), a former attorney before she get married, has been a good wife to her husband and good mother to her children. However, when husband gets arrested for corruption scandal, she must fend for her children and work as an attorney after a 12 year hiatus. For restarting career, Gu Nian begins to find her true esteem and value.

Previously, The Good Wife also had South Korean remake with the same name. The series starred Jeon Do Yeon, Yoo Ji Tae and Yoon Kye Sang. There was a Japanese remake of the same series with same title starring Takako Tokiwa, Kotaro Koizumi, Kiko Mizuhara, Takumi Kitamura, and Kika Kobayashi. Russia has had the localised version of the series with the same name. The Irish adaptation of the series was called Striking Out which spanned over two seasons.

Meanwhile, Kajol’s version will be the sixth localised adaptation of The Good Wife which will reportedly premiere early next year on Disney+ Hotstar. The series has already gone on floors.

Ankit Chauhan, with the song co-produced by Foster Entertainment and made under Wishlist Music in association with Winning Records, proves the incredible actor he is and how he possesses the innate skill to make audiences feel one with the song. Laal Singh Chaddha star Aamir Khan gets emotional recalling school days when his family couldn’t pay his fees

Aamir Khan’s highly anticipated film Laal Singh Chaddha is approaching its theatrical release! He has been promoting the film in full swing. With that being said, he recently spoke about his childhood and how he and his siblings had to face financial issues as well growing up.

In an interview with Humans of Bombay, Aamir Khan had ‘tears in his eyes’ while talking about how his family going through a rough patch for eight years. He recalled the fee structure in school days was Rs. 6 for the 6th standard, Rs. 7 for the 7th standard, Rs. 8 for the 8th standard. But, the actor revealed that he and his siblings were always late to pay their fees. They would be given one or two warnings and eventually the school’s principal would announce their names in the assembly, in front of the entire school.

Laal Singh Chaddha, produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Kiran Rao, and Viacom18 Studios, also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh, and Chaitanya Akkineni. It is an official remake of Forrest Gump. The film will be released on 11th August.

After completing the shoot of Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, Rohit Shetty kicked off the next schedule of his forthcoming web series, Indian Police Force, which has Sidharth Malhotra in a cop avatar. The shoot began in Mumbai with action-packed sequences and the actors shared a video to give a glimpse.
