Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s body of work has proved his penchant as a versatile Actor. With every new project, Nawazuddin Siddiqui tries to do something very different and dynamic. Nawaz then went on point out some differences between male and female filmmakers. Nawazuddin Siddiqui rose to fame with Peepli Live with director Anusha Rizvi. He has worked with director Debamitra Biswal for Motichoor Chaknachoor; Nawazuddin Siddiqui has taken on a very challenging role of prolific writer Manto in Nandita Das’s directorial venture. He has also worked with Zoya Akhtar in Bombay Talkies, An anthology of four short stories that describe how films have an influence on the lives of people from various strata of society. Nawazuddin has also worked on Talaash with Reema Kagti in which he got amazing reviews for his stunning performance.

He stated, “I have worked with many renowned female directors and that helped me a great deal. I realised that women look at the world differently, They are far more compassionate and they see beauty in everything. For most men, it’s often about power and control. That also reflects in our relationships. Men tend to be more territorial and unko adhikaar jatana hai, auraton par bhi. The female gaze is kinder and sensitive. I am trying to get that POV (point of view) right.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has an interesting lineup of films which includes Tiku Weds Sheru, Noorani Chehra, and Adbhut among others.

Now after several years of wait, the film is all set to hit the big screen on September 9.

In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Mouni shared how “great” Ranbir and Alia are to work with. She said, “Oh my God, they are such amazing human beings. They are so disciplined. They’re saying the lines for the first time, no matter how many times they are saying or doing the scene.”

Nora Fatehi questioned for four hours by Economic Offences Wing in Rs. 200 crore extortion case against conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar

Back in December 2021, in the charge sheet filed by ED, Sukesh gifted Nora a BMW car in December 2020. However, the actress said that the car was given to her by Sukesh’s wife Leena Maria in exchange for participation in an event in Chennai. In her statement, she said that she was a victim in the case and has nothing to do with the money laundering case. When Nora was called in for questioning by the ED she was asked whether she knew or met Sukesh before the December 2020 event in Chennai. according to reports in India Today, Nora told ED, “No, I did not know who he was or nor have I ever spoken to him prior to the event.”

Nora also said that she has never used the Signal application. This was in response to Sukesh claiming that he had called Nora on December 20, 2020 to inform her about the car he would be gifting. “Nora Fatehi has been the victim around the case and being a witness, she is co-operating and helping the officers in the investigation. We would like to make it very clear that she has not been a part of any money laundering activity, she does not know or have any personal connection with the accused and has been called by the ED to strictly help with the investigation,” a statement said which was earlier released by Nora Fatehi’s team.

In its charge sheet, the Delhi Police has accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar and 13 others of duping the wife of the former promoter of Ranbaxy to the tune of Rs 200 crore. Officials believe Chandrasekhar extorted Rs. 200 crore from the complainant by claiming that he would facilitate her husband’s release from prison.

Kartik Aaryan reveals he still travels in economy class but says ‘Private jet bhi aana chahiye’: ‘Sapne dekhna bhi chhod dunga kya’

Kartik Aaryan has truly made his mark in the top league after various hits and blockbusters at the box office. From the monologue boy after Pyaar Ka Punchnama to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, he really stepped his way up to superstardom through the support of his fans. Where his life comes as a big inspiration for many, he shares how the small elements in his life from enjoying the same meal to his zest for achieving his dreams are the same, even after such success in his self-made career.

Kartik Aaryan reveals he still travels in economy class but says 'Private jet bhi aana chahiye': 'Sapne dekhna bhi chhod dunga kya'

Having his roots from a small town in Gwalior, Kartik is a superstar whose growth is truly influential. While the actor has come a long way in the glamour world, he still has his foot grounded in his roots. Talking about the relatability factor of his life before the success and post the success, Kartik shared in an interview with Film Companion, “Of course, I had a dream, there’s a dream car I want a Lamborghini, and it has come into my life. I want to become an actor, I have reached here, I am getting films. Of course, your dreams come and go, but then my dreams are getting bigger.”

Host Anupama Chopra asked, “Private jet I hear?” To which Kartik replied, “Private jet bhi aana chahiye. It’s all relative. I want to be more successful and go to super success. It doesn’t stop, but the relatability factor is that I like the same food. If I go to the same hotel with mom and dad, we’ll eat the same food in Gwalior, we’ll eat the same paneer and naan and that’s not going to change. I don’t have to prove that I come from Gwalior, and that I’m relatable. I don’t need to do anything. I talk the same way as I always have. The core doesn’t change. These are all materialistic things.” When it was pointed out to him that relatability might become an issue if he actually buys a private jet, Kartik paused for a moment, and asked, “Sapne dekhna bhi chhod dunga kya (Shall I stop dreaming now)?.”

He further added, “The way I interact or the way I have been interacting is the same like before even now, even my lifestyle has been the same. So that’s about it and I never question that relatability factor. That will always be there.”

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama recently, Kartik said, “When I first came to the industry, I didn’t have any car. The first car that I bought was after a couple of films — a third-hand car that I got for around Rs 60,000. I got it with great difficulty.”

“There was a problem with the car door. I took it specifically because I was still taking an auto to the red carpet, or going on a bike, or getting a lift from people. So, in this car, the door didn’t open. I didn’t know what set-up that was, I couldn’t open it. There was also a leakage when it rained on the driver’s seat, but I got used to it.” Kartik Aaryan has often spoken about how he came to Mumbai on the pretext of studies, while he actually wanted to act. Kartik, who has now been in the industry for just over a decade, is now the proud owner of India’s first McLaren GT.

The car, worth Rs 4.7 crore (ex-showroom), was gifted to him by producer and T-Series chairperson Bhushan Kumar following the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Moreover, in April this year, Kartik bought himself a Lamborghini Urus, worth Rs 4.5 crore.

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan will be seen in Shehzada, Freddy, Captain India, Sajid Nadiadwala’s Satyaprem Ki Katha, and Kabir Khan’s untitled next.
