Jacqueline Fernandez’s stylist Leepakshi Ellawadi gets questioned at Delhi EOW; admits that she was given Rs. 3 crores by Sukesh Chandrashekhar to purchase actress’ gifts

Jacqueline Fernandez and her link to Sukesh Chandrashekhar only gets entangled further as the two continue to make news. The latest update on that front was the actress was questioned by the Economics Offence Wing (EOW) in Delhi for the second time regarding the case. And now, her stylist Leepakshi Ellawadi was summoned for questioning. Recent reports suggest that Leepakshi was questioned for about eight hours regarding the relationship between Jacqueline and Sukesh. And during the same, she revealed that she was given Rs. 3 crores by the conman in an attempt to woo the actress.

As per PTI reports, in a statement given to the EOW officials, Leepakshi Ellawadi confirmed Jacqueline and Sukesh’s relationship and also revealed that Sukesh Chandrashekhar contacted her in an attempt to understand the likes and dislikes of Jacqueline Fernandez in terms of fashion. Her statement also mentioned that the conman was trying to woo the Kick actress and even offered her Rs. 3 crores to buy clothes and accessories as per Jacqueline’s brand preferences, to gift Fernandez. In the same, she also asserted that Jacqueline cut all ties with the conman when he was arrested for his crimes

Confirming the same, an official from EOW said, “He contacted Ellawadi last year to know about the brands and types of clothing Fernandez preferred. He took suggestions from her and also handed over Rs 3 crore to her to buy her favourite clothes. The entire amount received by Chandrashekhar was spent by Ellawadi to purchase gifts for Fernandez.”

Speaking of the case, Jacqueline Fernandez was accused of being in a relationship with conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is involved in the Rs. 200 crore extortion case, despite knowing of his nefarious activities. But the actress, in her statements, has asserted that she wasn’t aware of his crimes when she was in touch with him. The actress has been accused of receiving gifts worth Rs. 7 crores and furthermore, the Enforcement Directorate also claimed that the Fernandez family too has financial help from Sukesh.

Koffee With Karan 7: Gauri Khan reveals Aryan Khan is her fashion police; doesn’t let her wear certain outfits

Producer and interior designer Gauri Khan returned to Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan 7 along with debutants Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. During the episode, there were several conversations about their lives, their careers, and the careers of their husbands, their children and more. In the episode, Gauri Khan revealed that her eldest son Aryan Khan is her fashion police, which left Karan Johar quite surprised.

During the rapid-fire round, Gauri Khan said that Aryan Khan is the fashion police in her life who does not let her wear full-sleeved shirts and jackets and tells her to wear t-shirts. Karan was surprised and wondered what Aryan thinks of his fashion sense. To which, Gauri Khan responded, “Why don’t you call him?”

Meanwhile, Aryan Khan is not looking to enter the film industry as an actor but reportedly wants to become a director. It seems like he is currently working on several projects with Red Chillies Entertainment and working on a couple of scripts.

Koffee With Karan 7: Suhana Khan reveals Gauri Khan’s hilarious ‘bad habit’: says her mother ‘reveals secrets by accident’

Gauri Khan returned to Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan 7 along with her good friends Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. During the episode, there were a lot of conversations about their lives, the careers of their husbands, seeing ups and downs and their family lives. In the episode, their respective daughters, Suhana Khana, Shanaya Kapoor and Ananya Panday, sent messages to their mothers and even revealed some fun anecdotes. While the latter two send video bytes, Suhana sent an audio one as she couldn’t reveal her face due to a contract, probably owing to her debut in The Archies.

Suhana Khan revealed a bunch of things including a bad habit of Gauri Khan. She said, “My mum has this really bad habit of revealing secrets by accident. Unless you tell her about 500 times that this is the most confidential piece of information, she will accidentally spill it. So we all have to tell her a million times.”

“This one time, I was on a phone with her and I was telling her ‘Promise me you’re not going to say anything to anyone.’ And AbRam was behind her and he was just like, ‘No, she’s going to tell. She tells all my secrets to all her friends.’ I am like he’s 9 and he’s picked up on it. That’s a really annoying thing that she does and I feel like I have got this habit from her but I am not as bad as her,” she recalled which left everyone in splits.

Suhana also revealed how her mother isn’t a strict mom but definitely a ‘momager’. “She wants to see everything before everybody else can see it. So sometimes I am like, ‘Let me just post one picture without showing you first’. But then I always send it to her because I know she’s always right,” she said.

Suhana also said how her mother doesn’t like interacting with strangers and recalled instances where Gauri Khan would pretend she didn’t know English. “She’ll be walking on the streets of London or New York and someone will ask her for directions and she will pretend like she can’t speak English because she doesn’t want to talk to people. So she’ll walk off,” Suhana said, leaving Gauri, and Karan in splits.

Meanwhile, Suhana Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. The film also marks Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda’s acting debut. It will be on Netflix and will introduce six new faces to the industry.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan remains protective of her personal life. Though their lives are quite glamorous, they continue to keep family life as private as possible. With Aryan Khan’s arrest last year in the cruise ship drugs bust case, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s lives became the talk of the nation with Aryan spending almost a month in jail before he received bail. Though no evidence was found against him, it was a turbulent time in their lives, as Gauri Khan stated on the latest episode of Koffee With Karan 7. After 17 years, she returned to the Karan Johar-hosted show along with her good friends Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. During the episode, she opened up about Aryan Khan’s arrest.

“It has been such a tough ride for him (Shah Rukh Khan) not just professionally but everything that the family has been through personally, and you all have emerged so strongly as a family. I know you as a mother and him as a father, we are members of the same family and I feel like I am your children’s godparent as well. It hasn’t been easy, and Gauri, you have emerged stronger than ever. What do you have to say about your own handling tough times when families go through something like this?” Karan Johar asked.

“As a family, we have been through — nothing can be worse than what we have just been through, as a mother, as a parent. But today, where we all stand as a family, I can say that we are in a great space where we feel loved by everyone. All our friends, and so many people who we didn’t know, so many messages and so much love. We feel blessed. I am grateful to everyone who helped us through this,” Gauri replied.

This film marks the second project for Apple with producers Lighthouse Management + Media and Interscope Films following their collaboration on the Emmy Award-nominated documentary Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry.
