The latest episode of the weekly comedy show, which released on September 23, featured Rohit Shetty as its celebrity guest. Dodging all the ‘Atrangi Ilzaams’ (unique accusations), the Singham filmmaker revealed that he feels that there is an ‘aatma’ (spirit) of Newton on his sets. The blockbuster director also mentioned that Elon Musk doesn’t come to India because of him and how people with the star sign Scorpio don’t even come close to him.
In a conversation with the action director, the ‘Janta Ka Lawyer’ (public defender), aka Riteish Deshmukh, asked Rohit Shetty if his driver worries about him using his own car during a car action sequences, “Rohit sir aap mujhe yeh bataye ki jab aap ek action sequence shoot kar rahe hai, sari gadio mai agar aapko ek gadi kam dikhe toh kahi apki nazar aapni hi gadi par jati hai? Aur aapka driver bolta hoga sir isse toh chod dijiye, yeh toh aapko shadi mai mili thi. (Rohit Sir, when you are shooting an action sequence if you find a car missing, would you use your own car? And if you do, would your driver say, please let this one be because you got it as a gift at your wedding?)
To which Rohit replied, “Mere jo driver hai woh samajdar hai. Jabhi mai car ka action sequences shoot karta hun toh woh gadi aisi jagah park karte hai ki mujhe hi nahi milti. Mai shaam ko ghar auto mein jata hoon” (My driver is smart. When I am shooting an action sequence with cars, he parks my car in such a location that I can never find it. Eventually, I go home in an auto rickshaw).”
Case Toh Banta Hai is a one-of-a-kind weekly comedy show where Riteish Deshmukh and Varun Sharma play the roles of the public prosecutor and defense lawyer respectively. It also features Kusha Kapila as the judge, deciding the fate of the biggest Bollywood celebrities.

Starring as a werewolf in Bhediya, the horror-comedy also stars Kriti Sanon. It also marks third project in Maddock Films’ horror-comedy genre following Stree and Roohi. Though the actors had wrapped the project, it seems like there are some portions to be filmed including a song shoot. On Friday, the actor was seen sharing candid moments with director Amar Kaushik and choreographer Ganesh Acharya.
Donning a suit, beard and sleek gelled hair, Varun Dhawan is all smiles in the new photos. The actor is seen walking toward the set of the song shoot with Amar and Ganesh. It seems like they are currently busy filming the song. He tweeted two pictures and wrote, “#Bhediya, When u work with people u respect and work hard bahut maaja atta Hain aur seekhne ko milta hain. The first look of Bhediya was released in November 2021. The film will be heavy on visual effects. Featuring Hollywood’s premier effects studio Mr. X, the Amar Kaushik directorial is touted to boast exquisite visual effects. Mr. X, the award-winning effects company, part of Technicolor Creative Studios, is renowned for its stellar creature and environment work in the Oscar-nominated Love and Monsters as well as the Emmy-winning Vikings.
Talking about Bhediya last year, Amar had said, “Bhediya is a tale filled with awe-inspiring imagery. Each and every member of the cast and crew knew that we were crafting something very special. It’s not just the path-breaking VFX; the film is a feast for the eyes in every aspect possible.”
Directed by Amar Kaushik, Bhediya is written by National Award winner, Niren Bhatt. Jio Studios & Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films present, Bhediya, is slated to release on November 25, 2022.

SS Rajamouli has now signed with an international agency, Creative Artists Agency (CAA). It is the home of the Hollywood biggies like Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Zendaya, and Reese Witherspoon, among several others.
Now, with this new venture, Deadline has reported that the filmmaker is set to begin his next project with Mahesh Babu. The untitled next will be a globe-trotting action adventure as per earlier reports. Rajamouli wants to present Mahesh in a one-of-a-kind action role in this project. The plan is to take the project on floors by spring.
Meanwhile, a lot has been discussed this past week following the snubbing of RRR for Oscars 2023. While the film was selected as India’s official entry for the 95th Academy Awards 2023, the film’s U.S. distributor will ensure to do a full-fledged campaign for the action drama and reportedly has been calling 10,000 Academy members for them to consider voting for the film in all categories.
As per a report by Variety, the multi-starrer will be submitted in various categories including Best Picture, Best Director (S.S. Rajamouli), Best Lead Actor for Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, Best Original Song for ‘Naatu Naatu’, Original Screenplay (S.S. Rajamouli and V. Vijayendra Prasad). Supporting Actor and Actress for Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, respectively; Original Score by M.M. Keeravaani. They will also submit for technical categories like cinematography, production design, film editing, costume design, makeup and hairstyling, and sound and visual effects.
RRR is a multi-starrer action drama, starring Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt, and is among the most acclaimed Indian films of the year. The film brings together the finest performances, action, artwork, and visuals, along with a storyline that kept fans in India and across the world thoroughly entertained.

Ira is currently in Italy where Nupur is participating in a tournament. He got down on one knee on the red carpet to propose to her and Ira quickly said yes.

Nupur took to his Instagram stories to share a couple of photos and captioned one, “She said yes,” and with another photo, he wrote, “Ironman had a special spot jahan humara roka hua, get it? (Ironman had a special spot where we got engaged, get it?” It was a reference to the place their engagement took place.
Fatima Sana Shaikh took to the comments section and wrote, “This is the sweetest thing I have ever seen. Uff. @nupur_shikhare so filmy uff”. Krishna Shroff wrote, “This is THE cutest thing EVER! Congratulations, baby girlll”.
Earlier, Ira had spoken about her relationship with Nupur and even mentioned how he has helped her with her anxiety. In one of her Instagram videos, she said, “But while it’s building, talking to Popeye (Nupur) and breathing has helped make it not come to an attack. At least for a few hours. It also depends on if I get re-stressed by another stimulus later. Life’s full of variables. If you’re trying to be mindful, remember to take them all into account.”
Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare have been dating for a few years now. They are often seen on each other’s social media.
