Makers of Akhil Akkineni starrer Agent share a special poster on his birthday

Akhil Akkineni along with Malayalam superstar Mammootty coming together for their pan India film Agent has created much anticipation. Filmmaker Surender Reddy and the team of the film are currently busy with the extensive promotions which kick started from the first look to teaser to songs. And now, in order to make it memorable for their leading man, the makers released a special poster of Akhil on his birthday, earlier today on April 8.

The makers of Agent took to Instagram to share an ultra-stylish poster of Akhil Akkineni as a birthday wish for the star. The poster features him in an action-packed avatar, just like the way he will be seen in the film. In the poster, Akhil is seen holding a machine gun and walking ferociously, while there’s a massive explosion. Going by the teaser, readers would be aware that Agent is a spy action entertainer which will be high on action.

Along with the poster, the makers have also asked fans to wait for some interesting updates in the coming days. Talking about it, a source close to the production house said, “There has been a tremendous response to the announcement poster which kickstarted the promotional campaign and some very exciting updates are on the way on a massive scale in the coming days.”

“Akhil will be coming to theatres this summer race and the long holidays are going to be a huge advantage for the movie,” added the source. Coming to the details of the film, while Mammotty will be seen in a vital role in the film, it will also feature Sakshi Vaidya.

The Surender Reddy directorial will feature Akhil in a never-seen-before character. While Rasool Ellore is taking care of the camera work, the story is written by Vakkantham Vamsi. National Award winner Naveen Nooli is the editor while Avinash Kolla is the art director.

Produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema with Ajay Sunkara, Pathi Deepa Reddy are the co-producers of the film, Agent will have a Pan India on April 28 in multiple languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
