Popular South Korean actor Lee Seung Gi has tied the knot to his longtime girlfriend and actress Lee Da In. The actor’s marriage took place on April 7, 2023, and the photos and videos from the dreamy ceremony have gone viral on social media. The private wedding took place at Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas Hotel in Gangnam in South Korea.

For the wedding, Lee Seung Gi looked dapper in a tailored black velvet suit. Lee Da In stunned in a gorgeous off-shoulder princess gown with lace work. Adding a lot of glam to it, she wore an avant-garde tulle paired with her statement tiara and kept her hair slick tied in a bun. Both the actors have also released their wedding photoshoot pictures.

In one of the videos, Lee Seung Gi sang ‘Will you marry me?’ to his ladylove as they said their vows and ‘I do’ to each other.

Back in May 2021, it was revealed that the two actors were dating. In February 2023, in a handwritten note posted on Instagram, the actor wrote in Korean that he is getting married. As translated by the media portal Soompi, it read, “It seems that I have many reasons to write long posts this year. Today, I am relaying the most important decision of my life. I have decided to spend the remainder of my life with Lee Da In, whom I love, not just as a couple but as a married couple. I proposed, and she accepted. We are holding our wedding on April 7.”

“Now that I have someone to take responsibility for forever, I wanted to happily relay this news to you directly. She is someone with a lot of warmth and love, and she is someone I want to keep by my side forever. I want to share our happiness together, and even if there are difficult times in life, I want to overcome those difficulties together without letting go of each other’s hands. I hope you will show support for our future ahead, and we will live happily while continuing to give back to others,” the note concluded.

On the work front, Lee Seung Gi was last seen in the rom-com Law Cafe. He recently made a thoughtful donation of 300 million won (over Rs 1.99 crores) to the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology using his unpaid music earnings.

Sooraj R Barjatya has teamed up with Newcomers Initiative to launch new faces in his Rajshri Productions’s upcoming project. The film will be backed by Rajshri Productions in association with Jio Studios and Mahaveer Jain. This marks the second collaboration between Mahaveer Jain and Rajshri Productions after their successful partnership on the film Uunchai, which starred Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa and Parineeti Chopra.

This exciting announcement comes on the heels of the recent news that Rajkumar Hirani Films, Mahaveer Jain, and Jyoti Deshpande of Jio Studios have joined hands to launch two fresh faces through a feature film under the Newcomers Initiative.

Dimple Kapadia teams up with Homi Adajania for her digital debut Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo

Homi Adajania and Dimple Kapadia go back a long way. She was the leading lady of his directorial debut Being Cyrus in 2006 and she subsequently starred in all the films he directed. No surprise then that Dimple will make her digital debut in a web-series titled Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo, which is directed by Adajania to be aired on Disney+ Hotstar from May 5.

Speaking about the show, Dimple Kapadia said, “Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo is a story of what makes ordinary people extraordinary in a world full of passion and chaos. It’s a bunch of bad-ass women telling a narrative, which is often played only by male characters and believe me, it’s got some of the most colourful characters you’ll ever see. The show is as wild as my crazy director Homi Adajania’s mind. He has flipped a family drama on its head.”

Director and series creator Homi Adajania added, “You remember the line ‘Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned’? When the world has scorned these women and turned its back on them, they learn to thrive by creating their own system of morality in a bold and lawless place that they inhabit. Women are the evolved half of our messed up species and Saas Bahu aur Flamingo is to date the maddest world that I have created. Its characters are so beautifully complex and conflicting, navigating their way through a world of passion, manipulation and chaos.”

Dimple Kapadia has appeared in two movies this year, Pathaan and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and both of them have been successful at the box office.

It is a story about an air hostess and her businessman Beau who are on a mission to steal diamonds to free themselves from the clutches of a loan shark. Salman Khan shares a gym photo, Abdu Rozik calls him ‘Iron Man’

Bollywood star Salman Khan is gearing up for his next release Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which arrives on Eid. Ahead of the same, the film’s trailer will be unveiled on April 10. The actor has released three songs from the movie already.

Salman Khan on Friday posted a photo of himself in a black T-shirt and shorts with a white towel over his head. He captioned it with his upcoming film’s release date, “21st APRIL #KBKJ.” Former Bigg Boss 16 contestant and singer Abdu Rozik, who is also said to be a part of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, wrote, “Iron man (biceps and blue heart emojis) one day I’ll be same inshallah.”

Rennervations: Anil Kapoor and Jeremy Renner celebrate bringing clean water to New Delhi – “We are one heck of a team”

After giving audiences an adrenaline rush as Shelly Rungta in The Night Manager, Anil Kapoor is now gearing up for his impactful cameo in Rennervations, starring Jeremy Renner.

Kapoor recently took to Instagram sharing a string of pictures of the Rennervations team in New Delhi, working as a team and making clean water accessible to all. The Indian superstar is proudly making a positive impact with the help of Marvel actor and his Rennervations team.

“We are one heck of a team – bringing clean water to a community in New Delhi. #Rennervations @disneyplus,” he captioned the Instagram post. As per sources, the four-part unscripted series is receiving rave reviews from the critics.

Speaking of Rennervation, the unscripted series follows Renner, who is passionate about construction and cars, as he renovates and rebuilds custom-tailored vehicles to help communities in need around the world with the help of some of his global friends! The series is set in four locations: Renner’s hometown of Reno; Chicago; Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; and Alwar, Rajasthan.

In each location, Renner and Millikin meet with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, The BASE Chicago, Uva Jagriti Sansthan and Casa Hogar of Cabo San Lucas to learn about the needs of the local communities. They then use what they learned to “build something incredible that will have a big impact”

Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor has Animal with Ranbir Kapoor and Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in his pipeline.
