Salman Khan pens a note for his bodyguard Shera on his birthday, shares a new photo

Bollywood actor Salman Khan took to his social media account to pen a birthday wish for his longtime bodyguard Shera. The actor shares a close bond with his employee and has often shared glimpses of their relationship on social media.

Sharing a photo, Salman penned a short message for him and wrote, “Happy birthday shera , god bless u man , be happy. @beingshera.” Shera replied to Salman Khan’s post by saying,“Thanks Maallik for all the love and blessing for soo many years.” Sangeeta Bijlani commented, “Happy birthday Shera @beingshera.”

Meanwhile, Salman Khan had his Eid 2023 release Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan on Friday, April 21. A Salman Khan Film production, the film was directed by Farhad Samji and it starred Salman Khan, Venkatesh Daggubati, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar.

Apart from this, Salman has Tiger 3 releasing during Diwali 2023. Helmed by Maneesh Sharma and Yash Raj Films, it also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. He next returns to YRF with Pathaan Vs Tiger with Shah Rukh Khan.

Angad Bedi and Barkha Singh to star in Hindi adaptation of Ji Chang Wook & Nam Ji Hyun’s Korean drama Suspicious Partner

Angad Bedi’s next project, A Legal Affair, is a legal drama which also stars Internet sensation, Barkha Singh. The show is produced by Jio Studios and is the official Hindi adaptation of Suspicious Partner, one of the most popular K-dramas starring Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun. The show has already been shot extensively in Delhi and Mumbai and will be released later this year. Korean dramas have found a huge audience in India and this being an official adaptation, is sure to make for a promising premise.

Angad says, “A Legal Affair is a legal drama based on a lawyer and his associate and the affair they have. It’s an intense romantic drama, a genre I haven’t dabbled in before. I did essay the role of a lawyer previously but that was a different space altogether which was based on a real life Murad case. Also, this show is an official adaptation of the K-drama, Suspicious Partner, which is already such a successful show. It’s kind of tricky since the Korean version was already a hit, so people have high expectations and it’s up to the actors and makers what more they can bring to the show.”

The show is a rom-com, directed by Karan Darra. It is the first collaboration of Barkha Singh and Angad Bedi. All the episodes of the series will be streamed online on the JioCinema app or My Jio app. The release date hasn’t been announced yet.

Paras Kalnawat reveals he is in a ‘better and peaceful place’ after quitting Star Plus’ show Anupama; says, “80% of staff would quit if given an opportunity”

Paras Kalnawat, who is currently playing the role of Rajveer Luthra, the male lead of Kundali Bhagya post the massive leap on the show, recalled his Anupama days in his recent social media post. In an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session with the users, the actor was asked about leaving the prime time Star Plus show, in which he essayed the role of maa ka ladla (mom’s favourite) Samar, featuring as Rupali Ganguly aka Anupama’s son. In the post, the actor confessed that he wanted to explore new opportunities and that he is in a happy place.

When a curious user asked the reason behind Paras quitting Anupama, the actor said, “I would always be thankful to the makers for giving me such a great show. But yaaron kahin pohonchne ke liye kahin se nikalna zaroori hota hai (To reach somewhere, you need to get out of things) and I believe I’m at a much better and peaceful place.” Along with that, Paras Kalnawat also made a shocking statement about how most of the cast would like to quit the show to explore something more. “Honestly speaking 80% of the cast would want to exit if given an opportunity. Risk lene ki aur sahi ke liye ladne ki taaqat har kisi me nahi hoti (Not everyone has the strength to take a risk or take a stand for what is right). ;)”

Readers would recall that after news of Paras Kalnawat signing on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 started creating a buzz, the makers of Anupama released an official statement about terminating the actor from the show. Producer Rajan Shahi had confirmed the development adding, “We as a production house won’t entertain breach of contract.  We have terminated his services as an actor with immediate effect. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours.”

Paras Kalnawat essayed the character of Anupama’s second son Samar Shah which is now essayed by Sagar Parekh. On the other hand, Kundali Bhagya features Paras Kalnawat alongside Sana Sayyad who plays the role of Palkhi. The show sees the actor essaying the role of Shraddha Arya aka Preeta Luthra’s son.

Amid rumours of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3, Disha Parmar and Rahul Vaidya announce pregnancy in this Instagram post

Recently, Disha Parmar was in news after it was being said that she will reunite with Nakuul Mehta once again for the third season of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3. Now, the popular television star has announced her first pregnancy with husband and singer Rahul Vaidya on social media. Along with the post, the couple also posted their sonography videos on the platform. The couple tied the knot in a lavish traditional ceremony in Mumbai in 2021.

In their recent Instagram post, Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar shared a photo of them posting as ‘MUMMY & DADDY’ with the actress flaunting her baby bump. Besides this, they also shared a carousal post of their recent sonography where users can get a glimpse of their little baby. The couple captioned it saying, “Hello from Mummy Daddy to be & the BABY!! <3” which was followed by a baby emoji as well as a smile emoji. Their post received a lot of love from their fans and industry friends.
