Bhumi Pednekar invests in Chrome Asia Hospitalitys first boutique hotel KAIA

Bollywood star Bhumi Pednekar has joined hands with Mumbai-based Chrome Asia Hospitality to invest in the group’s first boutique hotel in Goa. Founded by Pawan Shahri, Dhaval Udeshi and Nikita Shahri, Chrome Hospitality has established a strong foothold in Mumbai’s all-day casual-dining space. The brand scaled exponentially in 2022 and went on to develop 1,00,000 sq ft of hospitality space in India and launched five new restaurants in Mumbai under the Chrome Hospitality umbrella. Being a frontrunner in the space, the group boasts of owning and managing some of the most unique F&B outlets in the city including Eve, Donna Deli, Shy & Demy amongst others.

With KAIA, Chrome Asia Hospitality will embark on a new journey in the hotel space. Aligned with Bhumi’s ethos of slow living, KAIA by Chrome is specially curated for the traveler who seeks ultimate relaxation and is built on the philosophy of slow living. Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied knot in December last year after dating for 2 years. It was a grand wedding in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. It was a private wedding in the presence of family members with limited friends from the film industry.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is currently basking the success of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. Co-starring Sara Ali Khan, the film featured them as a married couple from a middle-class household living in a joint family who come up with a unique solution to resolve their issues. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film released on June 2. On the other hand, Katrina’s last film was Phone Bhoot, which was a theatrical release. Both these actors have a bunch of projects in their pipeline. Katrina will be next seen in Tiger 3 and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas. Whereas Vicky has Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur.

Adipurush (Hindi) Advance Booking: Prabhas starrer sells over 1.5 lakh tickets across the National chains

With just a day left for release, things are heating up for the Om Raut directed Adipurush. The Bhushan Kumar production is already touted to be one of the biggest Indian spectacles of the year and the advance bookings speak volumes on why it is the biggest film of the year. Adipurush is looking to close its booking on Wednesday with ticket sales of 1.50 lakh in the three national chains – PVR, Inox and Cinepolis.

PVR leads with 70,000 tickets followed by Inox at 55,000 tickets and finally Cinepolis at 25,000. On the final day of advance, Adipurush is expected to double its number and hit the 3,00,000 mark in national chains alone, setting the base to take one of the biggest openings in the post pandemic world.

The advances for Adipurush in post pandemic times are comparable to select few films, which includes the likes of Pathaan, KGF 2 and Brahmastra, and the Prabhas starrer is competing with the best in post pandemic world, which is always a good space to be in. Adipurush has already surpassed the advance booking of films like Laal Singh Chaddha, Kisi Ka Bhai Ki Jaan, Vikram Vedha, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, RRR, 83, Jug Jug Jeeyo among others.

The next target for Adipurush will be Brahmastra and its the pace tomorrow that will determine where the film lands in the advance booking front in PVR, Inox and Cinepolis. Talking of other places, the advances in mass belts are very good and indicate a big start for this Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan film.

Pulkit Samrat calls Fukrey 3 as the biggest the funniest and the best part of franchise that has come out so far; says The third part is also very true to the soul of Fukrey

Bollywood actor Pulkit Samrat is currently gearing up for his upcoming film Fukrey 3. In a recent interview, as Fukrey completed a decade since its release, the actor shared his thoughts on the film, its cast and its third installment.

Talking about the success of Fukrey, Pulkit told Hindustan Times, “When we started with the film, none of us actually thought that Fukrey will be such a huge hit among the audience and will turn out to be such a widely loved film, making it into a franchise.”

Pulkit shared his thoughts on Fukrey franchise and said, “I feel very proud of this. As a fan, I feel happy with the way each instalment has come out, with the third one also ready. They do justice to the love that this franchise has got from the fans all over. I run out of words when I have to describe what you feel about Fukrey.”

Talking about the cast of the film, Pulkit said, “We all are Fukras on the set. What you see on screen is exactly what is going on the set. Somebody is goofing up, or somebody is bringing the house down with something or the other. For instance, Manjot (Singh) is very jovial and one would always find him around food stalls. Meanwhile, Varun (Sharma) is just like Choocha, and has a very perfectionist approach to his craft. Richa (Chadha) is also fun. Also, we all have a Delhi connection which is common. Delhi ki life sabko pata hai. I keep learning something or the other from everybody on set.”

When questioned about the pressure of working on the installments, he acknowledged the presence of additional responsibility. Pulkit said, “It does have those kinds of pressures. But more than a team, we are just like family. It’s our passion project. And we are the biggest fans of the franchise. So we know the expectations of fans. We have a very honest approach, and the third part is also very true to the soul of Fukrey.” He also added, “We can promise that Fukrey 3 is the biggest, the funniest and the best part of franchise has come out so far.”

Starring Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi, Fukrey 3 promises to deliver yet another rib-tickling and unforgettable cinematic experience on December 1.

Karan Johar pens note for Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda as The Archies team heads to Brazil: Literally held them in my arms

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar will be back as a director this year for Netflix musical The Archies as she intends to introduce a bunch of new faces. The film will mark the debut of Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor and Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina in key roles. Earlier this week, a new poster of the upcoming movie was unveiled ahead of the promotions of The Archies in Brazil at the Tudum 2023 event.

Karan Johar penned a note for Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda as The Archies team headed to Brazil: ‘Literally held them in my arms’ He recalled how the star kids are ready to debut and that he had held them in his arms as babies.”Go Zo! The kids look incredible! Can’t believe how the kids grow up so fast. Have literally held Aggy and Suhana in my arms. And to all the supremely talented kids in this special film! This one is going to rule pop culture,” Karan wrote.

The Archies team left for Brazil on Tuesday and shared a slew of photos of the cast members on the flight. The post read, “Catching flights aur feelings ???? kyunki #TheArchies ja rahe hain apne pehle adventure ke liye First stop: Sao Paulo!”
