Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani: Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh shoot Tum Kya Mile in the snow-capped Kashmir in behind-the-scenes: This is quintessential ode to Yash Chopra kind of love song

Filmmaker Karan Johar returns to direction with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem after seven years since Karan’s last directorial Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Billed as a new era of love, the makers had released the film’s teaser followed by the song release ‘Tum Kya Mile’. On Sunday, Karan Johar unveiled the behind-the-scenes of the song shoot which was filmed in Kashmir, earlier this year.

In the video, Ranveer Singh is dressed in printed jackets, shirts, blazers and biker jackets whereas Alia Bhatt dons several chiffon sarees. The song’s music video is an ode to Yash Chopra and his era of romance. It is sung by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal. “The essence of the song goes along with the way it is captured. There’s a certain lyricism to it,” says Ranveer. Alia adds, “It’s like that quintessential ode to Yash Chopra kind of love song.” Ranveer, who plays Rocky, further says, “I think ‘Tum Kya Mile’ is probably my favourite song from the album.”

Viacom18 Studios and Dharma Productions present A Dharma Productions film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta is all set to hit the big screen on 28th July, 2023.

John Abraham starrer The Diplomat to release in theatres on January 11 2024; set to clash with Prabhas starrer Project K

John Abraham braces up to play The Diplomat, based on a true story that shook the nation. Playing a high-ranking government official, The Diplomat takes you on a roller coaster ride & an edge-of-the-seat drama that promises to grip your senses till the very end. This high-octane film is set to captivate audiences on 11th January 2024. The film will clash with Prabhas starrer Project K next year which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan.

The Diplomat is helmed by acclaimed director Shivam Nair. The film’s screenplay is penned by the talented Ritesh Shah. The film is produced by T-Series, Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar; John Abraham of JA Entertainment; Vipul D Shah, Ashwin Varde and Rajesh Bahl of Wakaoo Films; Sameer Dixit and Jatish Varma of Fortune Pictures, Rakesh Dang of Seeta Films.

The Diplomat is scheduled to release on 11th January 2024.

Bhediya duo Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon reunite to vibe on Baaki Sab Theek song; actor comments love you to the moon

Bhediya duo Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon reunited and the vibes are unmatched. Though their family faired decent at the box office, they were appreciated for the attempt to showcase the fantasy world, and as soon as the movie arrived on JioCinema, they have been receiving more applause for the movie. As the song ‘Baaki Sab Theek’ has been trending on Instagram reels for months, the duo jumped on the bandwagon to check in on each other.

Sharing a video on Instagram, Varun and Kriti were seen crooning and vibing to the song. “Wolfing around after ages.Had to ask “Baaki Sab Theek” !! ???? Missed you Veedeeee!” Varun responded in the comments saying, “red heart emoji (love) you to the moon!”

Bhediya was directed by Amar Kaushik and released in 2D and 3D and in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film will have its sequel Bhediya 2 and the announcement was made earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan will next star in Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal along with Janhvi Kapoor. The film releases on July 28, 2023, on Prime Video. Kriti Sanon, on the other hand, has The Crew with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Tabu. The film will release on March 22, 2024.

Kareena Kapoor Khan Tabu Kriti Sanon starrer The Crew to release on March 22 2024

The producer duo, Ektaa R Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor reveal the long-awaited release date for their upcoming most anticipated film, The Crew for March 22, 2024. The movie stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles.

Ever since the announcement of the film, fans have been super excited to watch an all-female cast leading the project. This also marks the collaboration between Ektaa R Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, following their successful film, Veere Di Wedding.

The film also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma. The Crew is one of the most ambitious projects of Ektaa R Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. It was shot in Mumbai and Abu Dhabi.

Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, The Crew is set to be a major release for Balaji Telefilms and Anil Kapoor Films Communication Network, scheduled for March 22, 2024.

Ranveer Singh switches to short hair for swoonworthy campaign photoshoot for Tiffany & Co see photos

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is making netizens swoon after his latest photoshoot. The actor is featured on the new campaign for jewellery brand, Tiffany & Co. He took to his Instagram account on Friday to share a slew of photos.

 

Dressed in all-black, Ranveer Singh ditches his long hair for a shorter one. The slick wavy hairdo with Tiffany accessories completes his campaign look. The netizens are swooning over him. “No rules. Back in April 2023, Tiffany & Co. unveiled its newly renovated flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The store, which originally opened in 1940, has undergone a major transformation to reflect a modern and inviting atmosphere for customers. The revamped store boasts 17,000 square feet of retail space spread over four floors, featuring a range of Tiffany’s signature collections including engagement rings, high-end watches, and luxury accessories. Ranveer Singh was one of the many celebrities who attended the grand reopening of the store.

Farhad Samjis loss is Tarun Mansukhanis gain; real reason why Farhad was dropped from Housefull 5

Farhad Samji’s loss is Tarun Mansukhani’s gain. Farhad Samji has no option but to take the blame for the failure of the Salman Khan starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan although Salman ghost-directed the whole film. Nonetheless someone other than the superstar has to take the rap. Farhad now finds himself out of Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 5 which was rightfully Farhad’s. Farhad had directed Housefull 3(with his brother Sajid) and Housefull 4 (Farhad took over the latter after Sajid Khan was sacked).

Housefull 5 was his for the taking…. Until Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan came and tanked. Farhad Samji woke up on Friday to the announcement of Housefull 5 with another director’s name in his place.

It’s been a long wait for director Tarun Mansukhani. Once upon a time, he directed the successful Dostana with Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham. Since Dostana, Mansukhani has been writing and re-writing Dostana 2 for Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The film was finally scrapped when Kartik Aaryan who was to play the lead in the Dostana sequel, did not like the script.

In between Mansukhani directed the ill-fated Drive starring Sushant Singh Rajput for Karan Johar. Drive and Dostana 2 would have signalled a dead-end for the director were it not for producer Sajid Nadiadwala who has poached Mansukhani from Dharma Productions and has given him a new lease of life.

Let’s hope Housefull 5 brings the Dostana glory back to its exiled director Tarun Mansukhani. As for Farhad Samji, he has learnt the hard way that nothing succeeds in this industry like success, and nothing fails like failure either.
