Ajay Devgn purchases 5 office units worth whopping Rs. 45 crore in Mumbai

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has made massige purchases. He has bought five office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West which are worth Rs. 45 crore. As per the documents accessed by a data analytics form CRE Matrix, the office units are located within Signature Building, Oshiwara and Veera Desai Road.

The documents reveal that the office units cover a total area of 13,293 square feet. As per a report in Money Control, three units are located on the 16th floor. They are worth Rs. 30.35 crore, and the actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.82 crore for the built-up area of 8,405 square feet.

Apart from that, two office units are located on the 17th floor and are worth Rs. 14.74 crore. The built-up area is spread across 4,893 square feet. The properties were registered under the name Vishal (Ajay) Virendra Devgan.

On the work front, Ajay Devgn has an array of line-up including Maidaan, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha and Singham Again.

Allu Arjun reunites with director Trivikram Srinivas for the fourth time watch announcement

The big announcement of the hour is coming in from the entertainment world as the dream team of director Trivikram Srinivas and Allu Arjun have joined forces for their fourth collaboration. Producers Allu Aravind and S. Radha Krishna are the stalwarts behind this historic venture. Trivikram’s narrative wizardry intertwines with Allu Arjun’s electrifying screen presence suggesting a never-seen-before massive entertainer that will be a visual extravaganza and will be released in multiple languages across India.

Bollywood Hungama previously reported that Allu Arjun is not keen to sign The Immortal Ashwatthama. The reactions generated by Adipurush have made him wary since Aditya Dhar’s ambitious project is also VFX-heavy, as per sources. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “Allu Arjun has signed his next film after Pushpa 2 – The Rule. It’s directed by Trivikram. The actor and director have collaborated on successful films in the past like Julayi (2012), S/O Satyamurthy (2015) and the blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020). Nothing much is known about the plot but it’s guaranteed to be a complete mass entertainer.”

The source further said, “Needless to say, Allu Arjun’s next with Trivikram will be a Pan-India film and will be released in Hindi as well along with other languages and in the original Telugu version. Allu is now one of the biggest stars of India. Pushpa: The Rise – Part 01 (2021) has made him extremely popular. Moreover, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo has been widely consumed in the Hindi-speaking markets. The audience will surely be excited knowing that the actor-director duo is returning for a film. It will surely be one of the most anticipated releases.”

The film, however, will take time to be made. The source said, “Allu Arjun is currently busy with Pushpa 2 – The Rule, which will release in 2024 and is also expected to set the box office on fire. Trivikram, meanwhile, is gearing up for the release of Guntur Kaaram, starring Mahesh Babu. Once both are done with their respective projects, they are expected to take their film on floors.”

Nana Patekar does voiceover for Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer Gadar 2

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel return as Tara Singh and Sakeena in Gadar 2 after their 2001 movie Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The movie is scheduled for the August release. Now, it has been learnt that veteran actor Nana Patekar has done voiceover for the film. Originally, in the first installment, Om Puri had done voiceover for the introductory scenes. Now, Nana Patekar’s voiceover will be heard in the film at the very start of the movie.

 Helmed by Anil Sharma Gadar 2 hints that the story begins right from where the story ended in Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The first installment was based on the love story of Tara Singh and Sakeena, which left an everlasting impact on the hearts of the audiences and still continues to do so.

The song ‘Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava’ was re-released as a reprised version. The film will also have ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke’ recreation as well which will also arrive soon.

Helmed by Director-Producer Anil Sharma, and produced by Zee Studios, the movie stars Superstar Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in lead roles. The movie is scheduled to release in cinemas on 11th August 2023.

Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna to kick off Anees Bazmees next in Mumbai in August

Shahid Kapoor is all set to commence his next project soon. Following the releases of Farzi and Bloody Daddy, the actor will now work with Anees Bazmee for an action comedy. Rashmika Mandanna also stars in the movie. The plan is to kick off the shoot in August 2023. The film will reportedly see the actor in a double role.

In May 2023, Bollywood Hungama had revealed that Shahid Kapoor allotted his dates to Anees Bazmee and will soon commence shooting for this action comedy. According to our sources close to the development, Shahid Kapoor will start shooting for Anees Bazmee’s comedy on August 1. “Shahid Kapoor is very excited to do an out-and-out comedy after a long time and will commence his work on the film from August 1. He has allotted bulk dates to Anees Bazmee from August to December as the team is planning a start-to-finish schedule,” revealed a trade source to Bollywood Hungama.

“Apart from Shahid and Rashmika, a big ensemble cast will be a part of Anees Bazmee’s comedy and an announcement shall be made soon. The movie will be released next year and the title will be revealed by July,” the trade source told us further.

Now, turns out, the shoot will commence in Mumbai and will be shot on a set with Rajasthani Haveli backdrop. As per a report in Mid-Day, a trade source said, “Anees and his technical team, including DoP Manu Anand and production designer Rajat Poddarr, scouted for locations in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan before finalising the desert state. In the first schedule that rolls in Mumbai, the leads will shoot indoor scenes, with the set depicting the interiors of a Rajasthani haveli.”

The three-week schedule will come to an end with a 15-day break in Mumbai following which they will head to Rajasthan for the shoot schedule. The source further revealed, “Anees wants to do a start-to-finish schedule in the state from mid-September and complete a chunk of the film by October. Then comes the movie’s most crucial schedule in Mumbai, which will involve a lot of action. If things go as planned, the project will be wrapped up by the year-end.”

Apart from Dil Raju, the movie also has Ekta Kapoor as one of the producers and more details will be unveiled soon. It is said to be a big Pan India comedy from Anees Bazmee and Shahid Kapoor for Dil Raju.
