Mahira Khan shares first video from her stunning wedding ceremony with Salim Karim; her son walks her down the aisle, watch

Popular Pakistani actress Mahira Khan tied the knot with her longtime businessman beau Salim Karim on September 30, 2023. The actress was in a relationship with Karim for a little over five years and kept it private. Salim Karim is the CEO of the Pakistani startup Simpaisa. Following her intimate wedding with families and close friends in attendance, the actress took to Instagram to share the first video from the wedding.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night, Mahira Khan shared a video in which she was walking down the aisle will her son. After the nikah ceremony, she walked towards Salim who walked toward her to lift her long white veil. Both of them were in years as he lifted her beil and they hugged each other.

For her wedding ceremony, Mahira wore a beige pastel lehenga with an off-shoulder blouse and a white embellished work veil. It was custom-made by Mahira’s favourite designer Faraz Manan. She also opted for matching diamond jewellery for her forehead and as a necklace. Her husband, Salim wore a dark sherwani with a sky blue turban.

On the work front, Mahira Khan was last seen in The Legend of Maula Jatt with Fawad Khan. The film is Pakistan’s most expensive film to date and went on to amass $13.8 million worldwide on 500 screens. In her next, she is working with Fawad again on his production Neelofar. She is currently starring in a mini-series Razia and will next star in a movie with Humayun Saeed.

Sidharth Malhotra starrer Yodha preponed to December 8, 2023; once again faces clash with Katrina Kaif – Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas

Yodha starring Sidharth Malhotra in the lead, which was scheduled for December 15, 2023, has now been preponed to December 8, 2023. The film is an action saga directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha. Earlier this morning, the makers of Katrina Kaif – Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas also announced that their movie will release a week early too. Now, both films will clash at the box office, once again.

Dharma Productions on Tuesday shared the announcement and wrote, “Ladies & gentlemen, get ready as the engine of #Yodha is all revved up & ready to make its touchdown in cinemas on 8th December 2023!”

Last week, Bollywood Hungama learnt that Yodha, which is scheduled to release on December 15, will move to another date. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “Yodha is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Karan realized that it’ll be difficult for Yodha to retain screens in the second week once Dunki and Salaar arrive in cinemas. Moreover, it’ll become challenging even for Dunki and Salaar’s distributors since theatres would not want to lose out on Yodha, especially if it does well.”

The source continued, “Karan Johar has a long association with Shah Rukh Khan, which is well known. Also, he’s close to Prabhas as well since KJo presented Baahubali series in Hindi. Hence, out of respect for Shah Rukh Khan and Prabhas, he has decided to bring Yodha on some other date.”

Starring Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna alongside Sidharth Malhotra, Amazon Prime and Dharma Productions presents in association with Mentor Disciple Films, a Dharma Production film Yodha, is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan.

Hrithik Roshan shares a photo with Siddharth Anand from Fighter set in Italy as he celebrates 9 years of Bang Bang and 4 years of War: “We’re set to soar the blue skies”

It’s been 9 years since the release of Hrithik Roshan – Katrina Kaif starrer Bang Bang and 4 years since War starring Hrithik and Tiger Shroff was released in theatres. Over the last decade, the actor and director Siddharth Malhotra have developed a strong friendship. As they head towards their third collaboration Fighter, the actor marked the occasion by celebrating their ten-year collaboration.

Hrithik Roshan shared a photo from Fighter set in Italy with Siddharth Anand and wrote, “Here’s to 10 years of our creative collaborations, yaara! Today marks 9 years since ‘Bang Bang’ released, 4 since ‘War’ released and our ‘Fighter’ is on the horizon. Started off shooting with a bang on the rooftops of Shimla, and now we’re set to soar the blue skies. May we always fight on, side by side to bring our visions to life!”

For Fighter, Hrithik Roshan and Deepika are currently on a 15-day schedule in Italy to shoot two songs. One is a foot-tapping dance number, composed by Vishal and Shekhar, and choreographed by Bosco and Caeser. The second song is a quintessential romantic ballad that will showcase the chemistry between Hrithik and Deepika.

Fighter is reportedly being planned as a trilogy and is produced by Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand under their banner, Marflix Entertainment, in association with Viacom 18. The film is scheduled to release on Republic Day 2024.

Salman Khan says Tiger 3 is a gift to his fans as he marks 35 years in films: “I love being the larger-than-life action star”

Salman Khan is excited to celebrate his 35 years in cinema with Tiger 3 which has been produced by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films. Salman is elated with the response that the first video asset, Tiger Ka Message from Tiger 3, is getting from audiences worldwide. Yash Raj Films released Tiger Ka Message last week, a video that is a precursor to the trailer of Tiger 3, and it was an instant blockbuster on the internet!

Salman says, “People who have loved me since my debut, made me realise on social media that I have completed 35 years in cinema! It is a very special moment for me, filled with nostalgia, love, so much joy and also the pain when things didn’t go as per plan. But I have loved every minute of my journey in the Hindi film industry.”

He adds, “I’m glad to celebrate this personal milestone with the release of Tiger 3! I know that my fans love to see me doing action and I hope Tiger 3 is the perfect gift that they have been waiting for!”

Salman Khan is back to reprise his much-loved role as super agent Tiger aka Avinash Singh Rathore in Yash Raj Films’ Tiger 3. The megastar of Indian cinema says he loves being the larger-than-life hero in films. Salman says, “I love the action genre, I love being the larger-than-life action star. It’s fun! I love doing big action spectacles and Tiger 3 is as big as it can get. The story of the film is something that I loved a lot and I’m certain that we will catch everyone by surprise with it.”

Tiger 3, directed by filmmaker Maneesh Sharma, is set to release on the big Diwali holiday window this year!
