On the work front, Deepika Padukone is expected to be seen in an extended cameo in the film Singham Again, which will be introducing new characters from the Rohit Shetty copverse. Apart from Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan in leads, the film will feature Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, including Deepika in key roles with Arjun Kapoor as the antagonist. It is slated for release on August 15 this year.

Singer-songwriter Nick Jonas arrived stylishly in Mumbai on Monday morning for his second visit to India this year. His arrival closely followed that of his wife, actor Priyanka Chopra, and their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. On the same night, the duo got all decked up for a get-together at Farhan Akhtar’s residence with Ritesh Sidhwani.

Priyanka Chopra greeted the paparazzi from her car as she was all glammed up in a green satin dress. She waved at the paparazzi while seated next to Nick Jonas, who donned a white t-shirt, a sweater and a cap.

Priyanka Chopra, who arrived in Mumbai earlier in the week with their daughter Malti Marie, recently attended the Roman Holi bash hosted by Isha Ambani and Bulgari CEO Jean Christophe Babin at the Ambani residence. Before the gathering, Priyanka graced the grand opening of a luxurious Bulgari store in Mumbai’s Jio World Plaza.

Nick Jonas was earlier in India in January 2024 along with his brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas for Jonas Brothers’ first-ever India performance at Lollapalooza India 2024.

This year, Aamir Khan embarks on a dual journey of acting and production. Set to star in Sitaare Zameen Par, the Hindi adaptation of the Spanish film Campeones, directed by RS Prasanna, Khan commenced the shoot in February 2024. The film is slated for a Christmas release and will focus on the story of people with Down Syndrome. Joining him on this journey is Genelia D’Souza and a new photo from the set has gone viral.

A behind-the-scenes photo sees Genelia D’Souza sharing a laugh with Aamir Khan. Dressed in a white top and distressed denims, she was sharing a conversation with Aamir, who was donning a plain black tshirt and denims.

Speaking with TV9 during their summit recently, Aamir Khan said, “My next film as a lead actor, which has just begun filming, is Sitaare Zameen Par. We are trying to release it by the end of this year, on the occasion of Christmas. It is an entertaining film, I like the story. The shooting of the film has begun.”

“But besides that, you will be able to see me not as a lead actor in the film but I am doing a few things. Let’s see how the audience reacts,” Aamir said, as he added, “I am doing a few small roles.”

In the upcoming Hindi remake set in Punjab, Aamir Khan takes on the role of a headstrong minor league basketball coach sentenced to community service. Tasked with coaching a Special Olympics team comprising individuals with diverse learning disabilities, Khan’s character undergoes a transformative journey.
