Chalk up another major win for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The Hollywood superstar has announced that he will be honored with the People's Champion Award at the People's Choice Awards in December. Ahead of the ceremony, Johnson celebrated the honor and said it was the most "special" of all 15 times he's been nominated for a People's Choice award.
