The Walking Dead Actor Moses Moseley Dies at 31

An actor who portrayed one of the most memorable zombies from The Walking Dead has passed away. Moses Moseley, who played one of Michonne's "pet walkers," was reportedly found dead in the Hudson Bridge area of Stockbridge, Georgia, where the bridge covers a freeway. Per TMZ, police are currently investigating Moseley's death as a possible suicide. He was 31 years old.

When Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland was announced, some fans believed that the film would bring a darker vision of Wonderland to life ⁠— similar to the classic video game American McGee's Alice. While the film was not a bright and happy affair, it was a long way from the disturbing story that was told across the game, its sequel Alice: Madness Returns and the in-development third installment Alice: Asylum. Now it looks like the haunting and murderous vision of Wonderland will be coming to the small screen in a new TV adaptation with X-Men writer David Hayter on board as showrunner.



Party Down Revival Adds New Cast Members Including Jennifer Garner and James Marsden

The new Party Down is rounding out its cast. In development at Starz, the show will bring back several lead actors from the original cast members, including Adam Scott, Ken Marino, Jane Lynch, Martin Starr, Ryan Hansen, and Megan Mullaly. Cheslie Kryst, Extra Correspondent and Miss USA 2019, Dies at 30

More sad news is coming in as Extra correspondent Cheslie Kryst has reportedly died. Per The Hollywood Reporter, Kryst was found dead at 7:05 a.m. on Sunday morning on the sidewalk outside of the Orion Condominium building in Manhattan where she'd been living. The New York Police Department has ruled her passing a suicide and it is believed she willingly jumped from several stories up to her death. She was 30 years old.



Halo Series Gets March Release Date on Paramount+

The live-action Halo series officially has a release date. Hours ahead of the release of a new trailer for the series, the official Halo account tweeted a video ad promoting the full trailer's launch. Howard Hesseman Dies, WKRP in Cincinnati Star Was 81

Veteran actor Howard Hesseman has passed away. Per Variety, the prolific character actor, who's best known for his role on the classic series WKRP in Cincinnati, died on Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Los Angeles due to complications from colon surgery he'd undergone last summer. The actor was 81 years old.



John Mulaney Set to Join Saturday Night Live Five-Timers Club

Comedian John Mulaney will be joining the Saturday Night Live Five-Timers Club in February. Per TVLine, Mulaney is scheduled to return as host for the long-running sketch comedy series on its Feb. 26 episode. LCD Soundsystem also returns as the musical guest after a previous appearance in 2017.

The Da Vinci Code was the second highest-grossing movie of 2006, based on the equally successful book by Dan Brown and starring Tom Hanks in the lead role of Robert Langdon. While the film produced the sequels of Angels & Demons and Inferno, they both massively underperformed at the box office, killing off the chance of a fourth movie. However, a Peacock-produced series based on Brown’s novel The Lost Symbol arrived last year, giving the character of Robert Langdon another shot. Still, it seems that too has now been buried in the past with the series being canceled after just one season.



ABC Sitcom Abbott Elementary Breaks Impressive Record

Abbott Elementary has truly taken ABC by storm, being the network’s first comedy premiere to quadruple ratings since its original airing, according to Deadline. The show aired back in December, earning a 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demo with 2.79 million viewers. However, after 35 days of viewing across ABC’s linear and digital platforms, the series premiere shot up 300% in the demo for a 2.4 rating and a total of 7.1 million viewers. Per ABC, Abbott’s opening marked the largest percentage growth for any new comedy premiere.

Released in 2019, Land's memoir is the basis for the critically-acclaimed Netflix miniseries Maid, starring Margaret Qualley as the struggling mother who is running away from her abusive boyfriend.

Disney's Moana Sequel Series Gets Its Director

Although Fury turned up briefly for Tony Stark’s funeral in Avengers: Endgame, his appearance in Spider-Man: Far From Home turned out not to be the real Nick Fury at all, but a Skrull in disguise in all but the post-credit scene that revealed Fury to be working on a secret space base, which helped to set up the Secret Invasion TV series back in 2019.

Marvel Removes Two Disney+ Shows From Their Upcoming Slate

The Great Renewed for Season 3 at Hulu

Hulu announced on Tuesday that The Great will return for a third season. The show’s 2nd season aired on November 19th, 2021, on Hulu with all 10 episodes. Being one of the website’s top-performing original comedies, this is no surprise at all. Elle Fanning and Nicholas Hoult will return as Catherine the Great and Emperor Peter III, respectively. Their supporting court and fellow helpers are Phoebe Fox, Adam Godley, Gwilym Lee, Charity Wakefield, Douglas Hodge, Sacha Dhawan, Bayo Gbadamosi, and Belinda Bromilow will return as well as series regulars.

James Gunn Ready to Make Another Season of Peacemaker

We may not yet have seen a single episode of James Gunn's Peacemaker, but the director has already revealed that he would be happy to return and make another season of the show if allowed. While renewals of any series will depend solely on how well the current one performs, in an interview with Screen Rant, Gunn had fun when asked whether he would want to make any more seasons of the show.
