Obi-Wan Kenobi Could Get a Second Season, Says Lucasfilm President

Obi-Wan Kenobi sees Ewan McGregor return to the Star Wars franchise after almost two decades as the Jedi master, and while the show is intended to be a limited series that bridges a gap between the prequel movies and the original Star Wars trilogy there is a possibility that there could be a second season. While the new series was originally envisioned as a movie that would have potentially followed Solo: A Star Wars Story, the continuation of Kenobi’s tale stalled when that movie didn’t perform quite as well as expected and fans began to wonder if they would ever see McGregor reprise his role.
