Squid Game Season 2 was never in doubt, and although it took a little while for the confirmation to come from creator Hwang Dong-hyuk, the green light was finally confirmed in January this year. Since then, there has been a lot of speculation about when we will see the new season arrive and what the story will be. While speaking to Hwang on the red carpet at the PGA Awards, Deadline was able to get an update on the continuation of Squid Game, but it wasn’t all good news.
