Alia Bhatt ‘thanks’ Vivek Agnihotri after the filmmaker gushes about her MET Gala look
Alia Bhatt left her fans swooning as she sashayed the ramp in a beautiful pearl sequined Prabal Gurung gown at the recently held MET Gala in New York. The fundraising event saw some of the biggest names from the entertainment industries across the world and the actress made her debut this year as she will also be making her Hollywood debut with Gal Gadot. The actress received a lot of love and appreciation, not only from her fans, but also her industry colleagues and family. Among them was also The Kashmir Files filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri who gushed about the actress’ elegant look at the gala.
Vivek Agnihotri took to Instagram to shared photos of Alia Bhatt from the MET Gala event and said, “Gorgeous. Graceful. Wow @aliaabhatt <3 <3<3”. Alia too reposted the story and expressed her gratitude towards The Kashmir Files filmmaker adding, “Thank you Sir”.
Besides the filmmaker, others too appreciated the actress which also included her mother Soni Razdan, her mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor, her sister Shaheen Bhatt, her sister-in-law Riddhima Sahani Kapoor, and her best friend Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor. Neetu Kapoor called Alia’s look ‘Stunning’ whereas Riddhima added, “Wow & wow ! Pretty & Fierce”. Soni Razdan posted, “Beautiful, classic and a breath of fresh air”. Shaheen Bhatt dedicated a post to her sister on Instagram where she termed her as ‘Angel’.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be making her Hollywood debut Heart of Stone whereas the actress is gearing up for the release of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, co-starring Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. The film is directed by Karan Johar and is slated for release on July 28, 2023.
