Pan India star Prabhas is experiencing his fandom at its peak with the release of Adipurush nearing. It seems that fans are welcoming the arrival of the film in the form of a festival and the madness has begun from midnight – with fans dancing, hailing and burning crackers in the name of their favourite star from 2 am in the morning.

While the film has been garnering a lot of attention owing to its teaser and trailer, Prabhas’ fans too have been waiting for this release excitedly. Expressing their happiness, the night before the release, fans were seen celebrating Prabhas and his character of Lord Raghav – with dhols, to crackers and even hosting a flag while cheering Prabhas.


Adipurush is expected to be a retelling of Ramayana and is directed by Om Raut. The film also stars Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Saif Ali Khan as Lankeshwar, Devdatta Nage as Bajrang, and Sunny Singh as Laxmanan. The film is expected to release on June 16 in multiple languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.

As for Prabhas, apart from Adipurush, he has some interesting projects like Project K with Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone, Salaar with Shruti Hasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran, Spirit with Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and an untitled film with Maruti in the pipeline.
