Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo has raised anticipation to the next level as fans are eager to witness the film on the big screens. While fans are awaiting the trailer release, the director unveiled the first look poster of Leo starring Thalapathy Vijay.

On the occasion of Vijay’s birthday, fans were treated with a bloody poster. The poster sees Vijay’s character bashing someone with a sledgehammer. A hyena is in the backdrop of the photo and that has intrigued the fans. The movie has been shot in Kashmir so the backdrop does make sense. Following the poster release, the makers will drop the first song of the film “Naa Ready”. Composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the song is sung by Vijay himself.

Reports have previously revealed that Leo is a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s cinematic universe comprising Kamal Haasan’s Vikram and Karthi’s Kaithi. Several reports have also stated that the movie is a remake of the Hollywood flick, A History of Violence, helmed by David Cronenberg.

7 Screen Studio’s Leo is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film stars Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, and Trisha Krishnan. The film is produced by SS Lalit Kumar.
