Kareena Kapoor Khan celebrates birthday surrounded by family; sister Karisma shares heartfelt inside pictures

Today marks the birthday of Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and the celebrations are in full swing as she enjoys a blissful vacation with her husband, Saif Ali Khan, and their adorable sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan. The family has chosen the serene confines of their ancestral Pataudi palace for this special occasion. To make the day even more memorable, Kareena’s sister, Karisma Kapoor, joined the festivities at the bungalow located near Delhi.

Karisma Kapoor, the elder sister, didn’t miss the opportunity to shower Kareena with affection on her 43rd birthday. Taking to her official Instagram handle, Karisma shared heartwarming inside glimpses from the celebration. In one of the pictures, we see Kareena Kapoor Khan joyfully cutting her birthday cake, surrounded by her family. Karisma captioned the photo with heartfelt words, saying, “Happy Birthday to my lifeline.” The cake itself was a visual treat, adorned with the words, “Our Jaane Jaan Happy Birthday.”

Adding to the visual feast, Karisma Kapoor treated her followers to a couple of stunning pictures showcasing the radiant bond between the Kapoor sisters. Both Kareena and Karisma looked absolutely fabulous in their casual yet elegant outfits. The birthday girl, Kareena, chose to don a vibrant mustard yellow embroidered kaftan, paired with matching trousers. Her look was complemented by a chic ponytail, dewy makeup, statement earrings, and off-white juttis. Karisma was no less enchanting in her attire. She opted for a simple yet sophisticated white cotton co-ord set consisting of a kurta and matching cropped trousers. Completing her look with statement jewellery, a carefree hairstyle, minimal makeup, and a pair of white sneakers, Karisma exuded understated elegance.

Meanwhile, on the film front, Kareena will be soon seen in Sujoy Ghosh, Jaane Jaan which is a Hindi adaptation of Japanese author Higashino Keigo’s bestselling novel, ‘The Devotion of Suspect X,’ published in 2005. This thriller is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on September 21. She is also set to share the screen with Tabu and Kriti Sanon in The Crew, a film that is reportedly scheduled for release in March 2024. Meanwhile, on the other hand, Karisma Kapoor will be next seen Murder Mubarak with Sara Ali Khan in pipeline.
