S.S. Rajamouli pens a beautiful review for Prabhas and the team of Kalki 2898 AD
Just a day ago, it was revealed that the Nag Ashwin directorial Kalki 2898 AD featured several star-studded cameos which also includes one from Prabhas’ friend and globally acclaimed filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli. The latter, who is known to create several magnum opus ventures, showcased his love and respect for his colleague Nag Ashwin and shared his review on the recently released sci-fi entertainer.

S.S. Rajamouli and Prabhas have previously collaborated for the grand entertainer Baahubali and share a great rapport. The filmmaker took to social media to share his review on Kalki 2898 AD and he appreciated the entire team including the lead star for putting together such a massive entertainer. Taking to the social media platform X, aka Twitter, Rajamouli wrote, “Loved the world-building of #Kalki2898AD… It transported me into various realms with its incredible settings. Darling just killed it with his timing and ease… Great support from Amitabh ji, Kamal sir, and Deepika.” He also showered praises on the climax adding, “The last 30 minutes of the film took me to a whole new world. Kudos to Nagi and the entire Vyjayanthi team for their unmatched efforts in executing it.”

About Kalki 2898 AD
The film features Prabhas as a bounty hunter who is on a hunt to track down the pregnant Sumathi aka Deepika Padukone but there is only one problem, Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwattama would do anything to protect her. Starring Kamal Haasan as Supreme Yaskin, the film also features an ensemble supporting cast like Saswata Chatterjee and Disha Patani. It also features powerful cameos from Dulquer Salmaan, Vijay Deverakonda, Mrunal Thakur, Ram Gopal Varma along with Rajamouli. It released in multiple languages including Hindi on June 27.
