Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who are expecting their first child together, watched Kalki 2898 AD on Tuesday night. Several photographs and videos of the couple outside a movie theater appeared on social media networks, however they were photographed coming separately.

Deepika stepped out of her car, looking around and smiling. She also mouthed the word “thank you”. She donned a white T-shirt with a black jacket and cropped blue jeans. The actor wore glasses, a purse, and white sneakers. Before entering the theater, she briefly posed for the paparazzi.

Outside the theater, Ranveer Singh was spotted waving and smiling at fans and paparazzi. He donned all black, including a T-shirt, cape, jeans, shoes, cap, and sunglasses. The star was also seen signaling for the paparazzi to move aside. His mother, Anju Bhavnani, and sister, Ritika Bhavnani, were also seen at the scene.

Director Nag Ashwin’s 3D sci-fi spectacle Kalki 2898 AD has a reported budget of ₹600 crores. Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, Saswata Chatterjee, and Shobhana star in this multilingual film. Vyjayanthi Movies produces Kalki 2898 AD, which is described as a combination of the Hindu epic Mahabharata with science fiction. The film was released worldwide on June 27 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English languages.

On the work front, Deepika and Ranveer will appear in the film Singham Again, which will be released in theaters on November 1. The film also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff, among others. Ranveer will also star in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha release delayed; new date to be announced soon

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu, was scheduled to open in theatres on July 5. However, due to the success of Kalki 2898 AD at the box office, the film’s release date is expected to be pushed.

The makers have now officially confirmed the film’s new release date. The statement stated, ‘On the request of the exhibitors and distribution fraternity, we have mutually decided to shift the release date of our film, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha.’ It also noted, ‘New release date to be announced soon.’

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is Ajay and Tabu’s eleventh film together, and fans are anxious to see them as lovers. Director Neeraj Panday admits that he was unaware of their off-screen friendship, but he thought they were the ideal cast for the picture. “Two years back, when we were figuring out our next theatrical release, the germ of this film came to me. It was there in some form in my head before that but I didn’t actually sit down and write about it till two years ago. And Ajay and Tabu were my first choices. Having said that, I don’t know if it’s their friendship that translated onscreen because I know nothing about its background,” the filmmaker said.

Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha is an epic love story that follows Krishna and Vasudha as their young relationship confronts numerous challenges, eventually leading to their separation when Krishna commits multiple murders and is condemned to life in jail. Krishna gets released from prison after 22 years, and the story revolves around his final rendezvous with Vasudha.

When asked about the success of Kalki 2898 AD, producer Sangeeta Ahir of Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha stated, “It is good for us that the audience is back in theatres and happy days are back.”

Kartik Aaryan expresses sorrow over Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma retiring from T20; says, “We won the World Cup, but sadly, we are losing two diamonds”

Kartik Aaryan celebrated India’s 2024 T20 World Cup victory, but he is upset that Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have retired from T20 international cricket. In an interview with India Today, he described it as a major loss for Indian cricket. On June 29, India defeated South Africa by seven runs at the Kensington Oval, winning their second T20 World Cup since 2007.

Speaking on Team India’s stunning success last night, Kartik told India Today, “I’m really happy and excited that India won the World Cup yesterday. It’s like a dream for all of us to witness this. The way Virat Kohli played in the finals and how Rohit Sharma said that he was saving it for the finals, even Suryakumar’s catch was unreal. This match was a perfect nail-biter and something which a lot of us won’t forget. Jasprit Bumrah in the end, Hardik Pandya, everyone – it was a team effort last night.”

He also talked about Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli’s retiring and said, “We won the World Cup, but sadly, we are losing two diamonds. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are retiring. It definitely breaks my heart and fans’ too.”

Kartik Aaryan also took to social media to congratulate Team India. He marked the team the one that refused to surrender.

Shatrughan Sinha hospitalised due to viral fever at Kokilaben Hospital

Veteran actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha has been hospitalised following a bout of viral fever and weakness. The 77-year-old, known for his iconic roles in Bollywood and his significant political career, was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.

Shatrughan’s son, Luv Sinha, verified the news and said to India Express, “Dad had viral fever and weakness the last couple of days, so we decided to admit him to the hospital.”

Shatrughan Sinha’s hospitalisation comes only days after his daughter Sonakshi Sinha’s interfaith wedding to Zaheer Iqbal.

India’s T20 World Cup win sparks joy in Bollywood: Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma and others wish the men in blue

India’s cricket fanatics weren’t the only ones celebrating the team’s phenomenal victory at the ICC T20 World Cup! Bollywood celebrities also joined the jubilant chorus, expressing their elation on social media. After a nail-biting final against South Africa, Team India emerged victorious by 7 runs, bringing the coveted ICC trophy back home after a long 11 years. This historic win marks India’s first World Cup title since 2011 and their second T20 World Cup victory, following their triumph under MS Dhoni in 2007.

After winning the toss and batting first, India scored 176 in their allotted 20 overs with Virat Kohli top scoring with 76. At one point during South Africa’s chase, it seemed they would easily cross the line. However, India’s bowlers had different plans and they restricted the opponents to 169.
