Suhana Khan buys 3 row houses worth Rs 12 crores in Alibag: Report

Suhana Khan, the daughter of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has made headlines with her recent real estate investment. The star kid has purchased three-row houses near Alibaug for a whopping sum of Rs 12.91 crore. The properties are located in Thal Village, nestled between the picturesque Alibaug and Kihim Beach.

According to the agreement of sale document obtained from IndexTap.com, the combined carpet area of the three-row houses is 3,988 sq. ft. The first-row house boasts a carpet area of 1,750 sq. ft., while the second and third-row houses measure 420 sq. ft. and 1,771 sq. ft., respectively. Additionally, Suhana also acquired a cabin with a carpet area of 48 sq. ft. This expansive real estate spans across 1.5 acres and features coconut trees, lush plantations, a well, tube well, and water tanks.

The sale transaction was completed on June 1, with Suhana Khan paying Rs 77.46 lakh as stamp duty. This new acquisition supplements the Khan family’s existing property in Alibaug, as Shah Rukh Khan already owns a luxurious estate known as Deja Vu Farms nearby.

Coming to the professional front, Suhana recently become the face of Maybelline and grabbed attention with her first press meet held in Mumbai in April this year. Besides this, she also attended the Netflix Tudum event in Brazil ahead of the release of her debut film The Archies. For the unversed, helmed by Zoya Akhtar, the upcoming flick will be directly released on Netflix, however, the makers have not announced the release date.

Leo First Look: Lokesh Kanagaraj unleashes a bloody poster on Vijays birthday who bashes someone with a sledgehammer

Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo has raised anticipation to the next level as fans are eager to witness the film on the big screens. While fans are awaiting the trailer release, the director unveiled the first look poster of Leo starring Thalapathy Vijay.

On the occasion of Vijay’s birthday, fans were treated with a bloody poster. The poster sees Vijay’s character bashing someone with a sledgehammer. A hyena is in the backdrop of the photo and that has intrigued the fans. The movie has been shot in Kashmir so the backdrop does make sense. Following the poster release, the makers will drop the first song of the film “Naa Ready”. Composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the song is sung by Vijay himself.

Reports have previously revealed that Leo is a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s cinematic universe comprising Kamal Haasan’s Vikram and Karthi’s Kaithi. Several reports have also stated that the movie is a remake of the Hollywood flick, A History of Violence, helmed by David Cronenberg.

7 Screen Studio’s Leo is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film stars Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, and Trisha Krishnan. The film is produced by SS Lalit Kumar.

The Archies: Zoya Akhtars advice to Suhana Khan Agastya Nanda Khushi Kapoor amid nepotism debate: Just focus be a Jedi

With The Archies, three star kids are being launched. Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and Sridevi’s second daughter Khushi Kapoor are making their Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar directorial. The first glimpse was unveiled recently in Brazil and it has definitely sparked the nepotism debate. However, Akhtar talked about the criticism surrounding the casting and said that it was natural for kids to grow up to do the same kind of work like their parents whom they have admired the most.

Speaking to Film Companion, Zoya Akhtar said, “I mean you have grown up. At the end of the day, we all grow up wanting to follow our dreams. When you grow up in a house and you have parents you get on with or parents that you admire, you just end up doing things they do and it is as simple as that. Who is anyone to say you can’t do this or you can’t do that. You don’t (have any training), you have to roll with the punches. You have to get out there. you have to keep your head down and work hard. That’s it.”

“At the end of the day , if you do your job well, you will be unstoppable. Do your job, that is it. Everything else, I just bubble myself. I just focus on what I have to do and if I will do it well or if I do it honestly, it will find its audience. That’s it, you can’t control anything but yourself. You can’t control what people say, you can’t control what people think, you can’t control if they like you, can’t control if they don’t like you. You can just control what you put out and so that is what you should do. Just focus, be a Jedi,” Akhtar added. 

The actors include Dot (Ethel Muggs), Agastya Nanda (Archie Andrews), Khushi Kapoor (Betty Cooper), Mihir Ahuja (Jughead Jones), Suhana Khan (Veronica Lodge), Vedang Raina (Reggie Mantle) and Yuvraj Menda (Dilton Doiley). They recently did their first performance of ‘Sunoh’ in Brazil at the Netflix Tudum event.  

The film is set in the 1960s, and takes audiences to the fictional hilly town of Riverdale. The Archies is a coming-of-age musical following the lives of Riverdale’s favorite set of teenagers – Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, Reggie, Ethel and Dilton. Seen through the lens of the unique Anglo-Indian community, The Archies explores friendship, freedom, love, heartbreak and rebellion.

Kangana Ranaut gets trolled as new promo of her production Tiku Weds Sheru takes a dig at Hrithik Roshan

Kangana Ranaut is getting brutally trolled for taking a dig at Hrithik Roshan in her upcoming production Tiku Weds Sheru starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur. On Wednesday, Prime Video released a video in which Nawazuddin was seen introducing himself as a Bollywood actor named Sheru who has worked with actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan. He then mentions Hrithik Roshan.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui says, “My name is Sheru and people lovingly call me… Sheru only. I’m a Bollywood actor. I’m a big film producer of all types of movies, small and big. See, Shah Rukh, Salman, Aamir… Hrithik wasn’t available so that’s why he’s not here.”

Many claimed that since Kangana Ranaut is the producer of the movie, she also had a say and definitely approved the dialogue to take a dig at Hrithik Roshan.

Directed by Sai Kabir Srivastva, the film is produced by Kangana Ranaut under the banner of Manikarnika Films. Tiku Weds Sheru will stream on June 23 exclusively on Prime Video.
