Rohit and his wife Jaanvi welcomed their second child and it’s a boy! Needless to say, Varun Dhawan and his entire family were thrilled to welcome the new member.
In a new video that is reportedly doing the rounds, Rohit Dhawan and his father David Dhawan were spotted outside the hospital. Also, a few weeks ago Varun Dhawan’s family celebrated the pre arrival of the baby when the actor’s wife Natasha Dalal hosted a baby shower for her sister-in-law Jaanvi Desai Dhawan.
Rohit Dhawan and Jaanvi Desai tied the knot in 2012. The couple already has a daughter named Niyara, who seems to be quite close to her chachu Varun Dhawan. The Coolie No. 1 actor has shared many fun videos with his adorable niece as it has also garnered a lot of attention on social media.
On the work front, Rohit Dhawan is working on the Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon starrer Shehzada. The film is the official remake of the Allu Arjun, Pooja Hegde starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.

However, there are also times when the CBFC has been lenient, especially when understanding the context or theme of the film. Jayeshbhai Jordaar, which will be released on May 13, is one such film that has escaped the censor scissors.
Bollywood Hungama has learnt that Jayeshbhai Jordaar has been passed by the CBFC with zero cuts. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “The film is based on the burning topic of female infanticide. Also, the lead actor Ranveer Singh is seen threatening to castrate himself in a scene. However, director Divyang Thakkar has treated the whole film in a non-objectionable manner. Even the disturbing topic of female infanticide has been shown in a light-hearted manner. As a result, there was no reason for the CBFC to ask for the removal of any visual or dialogue. They gave a clean U/A to the film without asking for any sort of cut.”
Interestingly, Jayeshbhai Jordaar secured a censor certificate, way back on February 17. The length of the film, as mentioned on the certificate, is 124 minutes. In other words, the film is just 2 hours and 4 minutes long.
This has made the exhibitors happy. A source from the exhibition sector said, “Jayeshbhai Jordaar is one of the shortest Bollywood films in a long time. Post the third wave, except for John Abraham’s Attack, all the major films which were released like Badhaai Do, Gangubai Kathiawadi, Jhund, The Batman, The Kashmir Files, Radhe Shyam, Bachchhan Paandey, RRR, KGF – Chapter 2, Heropanti 2 and Runway 34 were more than 2 hours and 20 minutes long. A few films like RRR, The Batman, Jhund, etc had a runtime of nearly 3 hours. It becomes a challenge to accommodate shows when films are lengthy.”
The source continued, “Hence, it’s heartening to see Jayeshbhai Jordaar being just 2 hours long. Even Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, which will be released this week, is 2 hours and 6 minutes in duration. It’ll be easy to plan the showcasing for both these films. Single screens next week can also give sufficient shows to both the films thanks to their short length.”
Besides Ranveer Singh, Jayeshbhai Jordaar stars Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah, and marks the debut of Arjun Reddy (2017) actress, Shalini Pandey. It is produced by Yash Raj Films.

With each episode featuring more controversial content than the previous, the reality show has fast been climbing the TOP charts. Now just days ahead of its finale, it is learned that the Hyderabad court has ordered a stay on the series. In fact, in its order, the court has prohibited, Ekta Kapoor’s AltBalaji, MX Player, and Endemol Shine from exhibiting the show on any electronic medium, OTT platform, social media, and other platforms.
This stay order, passed by the XI Additional Chief Judge at Hyderabad Civil Court comes petitioner, Abdul Haleem Baig aka Sanober Baig claimed that the show is based on the script of his concept titled, ‘The Jail’. Post, conducting a trial and checking the documents of the petitioner, the court arrived at the verdict that Baig seems to be the sole rights holder of the story and the script of the concept named, ‘The Jail’.
Interestingly, this inst the first time Baig has moved court. Earlier, in February, the Telangana High Court had set aside the ad-interim injunction granted by the trial court against releasing, exhibiting, and publishing the series. Despite this ruling, the petitioner maintained that the concept was owned by Pride Media with him as the proprietor and registered under the copyright act on 7th March 2018.

Recently, she met with an accident and she shared about the ordeal that she faced, on Instagram. Followed by her post, many of her fans and well-wishers started pouring in their blessings.
Tanushree Dutta’s car met with an accident whilst she was on her way to Mahakaal. The actress also added in her post that she had to get a few stitches post the incident. Her Instagram post read, “Today was an adventurous day!! But finally did make it to Mahakaal darshan..Freak accident on my way to temple…brake fail crash.. . Got away with just a few stitches…Jai Shree Mahakaal!”
In the same post, Tanushree also shared a series of pictures of her visit to the Mahakaal where the actress is seen posing in the premises and also clicked a few of them with fans. Well-wishers and her followers took to Instagram to share their relief and to pray for her good health.

Reports alleged that a couple named Kathiresan and his wife Meenakshi have claimed that the South superstar is their son. From what the media reported, the court case has been on for a while and the judgment is yet to be passed.
Reports suggest that in 2020 the Madurai court had already dismissed the case when Kathiresan claimed that Dhanush had forged the paternity documents. The court had then reportedly passed this order after claiming that there was nothing to support his statement. And now, Kathiresan is once again expected to have moved the Madras High Court requesting them to quash this order and is even reported to have sought a police inquiry in the matter. Owing to the new developments, reports have it that the actor was summoned to the Madras High Court.
Further reports also state that Madras High Court issued a notice against Dhanush in relation with the case after Kathiresan’s plea was earlier rejected by the Madurai High Court bench.
The couple, Kathiresan and Meenakshi had alleged that Dhanush is their third son who left his hometown to pursue his passion for films in Chennai. The court case started when the couple reportedly sought a sum of Rs. 65,000 as compensation from Dhanush under the claim that they are his parents. However, reports claim that the actor has denied all the allegations.
On the personal front, Dhanush is the former son-in-law of South superstar Rajinikanth, as the actor was married to the latter’s elder daughter Aishwarya. Dhanush also has two sons, namely, Yatra and Linga. The couple, however, got separated in January 2022 after being married for about 17 years.
