Priyanka Chopra exudes spiritedness of summer in off-shoulder powder blue Nina Ricci gown at Love Again premiere in New York

Priyanka Chopra remains unstoppable. Following several premieres of the Prime Video series Citadel in Mumbai, Rome, and Los Angeles, and her MET Gala 2023 appearance, the actress arrived at the premiere of her movie Love Again on Wednesday in New York City. The actress was joined by her co-star Sam Heughan. Nick Jonas, who also has a cameo in the movie, was in attendance and so were Sofia Barclay and director James C. Strouse.

At the AMC Lincoln Square Theater on Wednesday, Priyanka Chopra wore a Nina Ricci powder blue off-shoulder gown from the Nina Ricci Fall/Winter 2023 collection which marked the debut of Harris Reed as Creative Director at the Maison. The collection exudes spiritedness of romance and summer and the audacious silhouette with mermaid cut truly made the look stand out at the premiere. She kept her hair side-parted and accessorized the look with a necklace and earrings. She kept her make-up peachy with soft nude tinted lips and let the outfit do all the talking.

In Love Again, Coping with the loss of her fiancé, Mira Ray (Chopra Jonas) sends a series of romantic texts to his old cellphone number, not realizing it was reassigned to journalist Rob Burns (Heughan). Rob becomes captivated by the honesty of her words in the beautifully constructed texts. When he’s assigned to write a profile of superstar Celine Dion, he enlists her help to figure out how to meet Mira in person — and win her heart.

On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra also has an array of line-up including Heads Of State with Idris Elba and John Cena and Ending Things with Anthony Mackie. The actress also has the Hindi film Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. The road trip film will be directed by Farhan Akhtar.

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra has been in headlines ever since her rumoured relationship with AAP (Aam Aadmi Party) leader Raghav Chadha came to spotlight. The actress is reportedly getting engaged to the politician on May 13 in New Delhi. While the rumours of her upcoming nuptials are rife, the actress was spotted with Chadha at the ongoing Indian Premiere League (IPL) match. Both of them were seen at the Mohali match of Punjab Kings vs Mumbai Indians.

Parineeti and Raghav were seen watching the match. She was dressed in a black top and jeans whereas the politician was dressed in a black shirt. The two of them were twinning. They have been spotted together on numerous occasions.

In a recent interview amid her relationship rumours, Parineeti told Lifestyle Asia India, “There is a thin line between the media discussing my life and sometimes crossing the line by being too personal or disrespectful. If that happens, I will clarify if there are any misconceptions. If it is not necessary to clarify, I won’t.”

Speaking of her frequent travels, Parineeti added, “I would never sacrifice my life for work or work for my life. I always strive to maintain a balance between the two. I remember when I used to travel frequently and spend a lot of time at the airport, people would ask me where I was going and what I was doing, but they would never understand the fact that I was able to balance my life effectively. I think post COVID-19, a lot of people finally understood that.”

As per reports, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha have been long-time friends as they studied together at the London School of Economics. They also follow each other on Instagram. They were first spotted together grabbing dinner. Following which, Raghav came to pick her up at the Delhi airport, adding fuel to their wedding rumours. As per several reports, they are committed and will tie the knot soon.

On the work front, Parineeti Chopra will next star in Akshay Kumar-led Capsule Gill. She also has Imtiaz Ali’s Chamkila with Diljit Dosanjh.

Ileana D’Cruz flaunts her baby bump for the first time; see picture

Actress Ileana D’Cruz who surprised everyone with her pregnancy news, has been actively sharing glimpse from her pregnancy journey. Recently the actress shared a clip with her followers flaunting her baby bump.

On Wednesday night, Ileana took to her Instagram stories and shared a black and white clip where she can be seen relaxing on her bed with her pet dog. She was dressed in a knee-length gown and drinking coffee, and the video also revealed her baby bump. The caption for the video read, “Life lately.”

On April 18, Ileana had shared the news of her pregnancy on her social media account. The actress shared two pictures for announcing the big news. She posted images of a baby romper with the words “And so the adventure begins” printed on them following a “mama” pendant. Sharing the pictures, she wrote in caption, “Coming soon. Can’t wait to meet you my little darling.”

For those not in the know, Ileana had been in a relationship with Australian photographer Andrew Kneebone for a long time, but the couple had mostly kept their relationship private. However, they were reported to have broken up in 2019. Most recently, she was said to be dating Sebastian Kaif, Katrina Kaif’s brother. She travelled to the Maldives with Katrina last year for her birthday. However, there was no confirmation on this.

Sushmita Sen took six months to “Okay” Taali script reveals creative duo Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar

Sushmita Sen dropped a poster of her first look as the transgender activist Gauri Sawant in the web series Taali and created a sensation. The biographical show created by creative duo Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar is now complete and will be released in the near future. There is already a huge buzz that Sushmita has outdone herself as the fiery activist whose PIL (public interest litigation) led to a landmark Supreme Court judgment in 2014, recognising the transgender community as a third gender.    

The creative duo behind Taali, Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar recall the passion with which the former Miss Universe immersed herself in Gauri’s life and say,” She took around six months to say okay to the script and she knew it by heart. So in tune with the script she was by then that during the shoot, if we added or changed a line, she would tell us instantly that it wasn’t there originally. She does her homework very well.” 

Arjun and Kartk say that Sushmita had read the script at least four to five times and literally lived with the character till she became one with it. They add, “Acting coach Atul Mongia helped her to finetune the transformation and director Ravi Jadav guided her to get the nuances of the Marathi diction right. She also worked very hard on her voice modulation. She put her heart and soul into Taali and today we cannot imagine anyone else playing Gauri other than her.”  

Helmed by the national award-winning filmmaker Ravi Jadhav, Taali will explore the momentous life of Gauri – from her childhood, her transition, and her contribution to revolutionising the transgender movement in India. The series is created by Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar.

Backstreet Boys arrive in India for their Mumbai show tomorrow, see photos and videos

One of the best-selling bands of all time, the Backstreet Boys, has arrived in India for the two shows of their DNA World Tour in May 2023. For the India leg, Backstreet Boys: DNA World Tour will play at Jio World Gardens, Mumbai on May 4th and Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi on May 5, 2023.

On Wednesday morning, Backstreet Boys arrived in Mumbai and were greeted by paparazzi at the Mumbai airport. AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and Kevin Richardson were seen waving at the crowd at the airport. The band is back in India after 13 years, answering the prayers of its massive fan base in the country.

The Backstreet Boys: DNA World Tour, comes on the back of the boy-band favourite’s tenth studio album DNA.
