Shah Rukh Khan’s latest venture, Jawan, has been making waves since its release earlier this month, largely owing to the superstar’s active engagement with fans and enthusiasts on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). Continuing his tradition of responding to fan messages and appreciation posts, the iconic actor once again took time out of his busy schedule to connect with his admirers.

On Wednesday, Shah Rukh Khan stumbled upon a surprise that left him pleasantly awestruck. It was a video featuring two enthusiastic young girls dancing to the beats of Jawan’s hit song, ‘Chaleya’, right on New York’s iconic Brooklyn Bridge. The fans, sharing their vibrant performance on X, wrote, “The craze of JAWAN at the Brooklyn bridge as Samadnya shares a video dancing to Chaleya and the people around join her along.” In a heartwarming response, Shah Rukh Khan couldn’t contain his excitement. Jawan has not only struck a chord with fans but has also received critical acclaim for its compelling storyline and SRK’s powerful performance. The film’s success, coupled with heart-touching moments like these have added to its success.

Talking about the film, Jawan is a Red Chillies Entertainment production directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film made its grand release on September 7, 2023, captivating audiences in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. Interestingly though, Jawan which has managed to capture the audiences’ attention, is still going strong in theatres. In fact, with little to no competition, the business of the film is more than likely to near the Rs. 550 crores mark at the box office by the end of its third week running.

Kareena Kapoor Khan celebrates birthday surrounded by family; sister Karisma shares heartfelt inside pictures

Today marks the birthday of Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and the celebrations are in full swing as she enjoys a blissful vacation with her husband, Saif Ali Khan, and their adorable sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan. The family has chosen the serene confines of their ancestral Pataudi palace for this special occasion. This thriller is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on September 21. She is also set to share the screen with Tabu and Kriti Sanon in The Crew, a film that is reportedly scheduled for release in March 2024. Meanwhile, on the other hand, Karisma Kapoor will be next seen Murder Mubarak with Sara Ali Khan in pipeline.

Kareena Kapoor Khan applauds husband Saif Ali Khan’s artistic prowess; says, “I think Saif is a fab actor”

Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan, is all set to make her highly-anticipated debut in the world of OTT entertainment with Jaane Jaan, a mystery crime thriller set to premiere on Netflix. While promoting her film, she sat down for an interview with Film Companion where she not only spoke about her flourishing acting career but also offered a glimpse into her admiration for her husband, Saif Ali Khan, and his approach to acting.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, known for her magnetic presence on screen, was effusive in her praise for Saif Ali Khan’s acting skills. She revealed that she has drawn inspiration from her husband’s dedication and versatility as an actor. “I think Saif is a fab actor. I don’t know how he does it, but he will travel to Rajasthan for four months to shoot Laal Kaptaan. That’s because he wants to do it. Because he has loved watching those kind of movies. So he’s like, ‘I want to play a Naga Sadhu,’” shared the actress, shedding light on her husband’s unwavering commitment to his craft.

Kareena went on to highlight Saif Ali Khan’s ability to delve into unique characters and explore unconventional roles. She marveled at his ability to conceptualize and execute complex roles that have earned him acclaim as an artist. “Who really thinks that? He just has these characters and weird thoughts, which I think, has helped him position himself as one of the finest artists. He’s considered – I would say – an artist because of the choices he makes. And I think I’ve learned that from him,” Kareena Kapoor Khan added, underscoring the influence Saif has had on her own artistic journey.

For the unversed, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan got married on October 16, 2012. Their wedding was a private. The ceremony was attended by close family members and friends. Kareena and Saif have since been recognized as one of Bollywood’s power couples. They have a son named Taimur Ali Khan, who was born on December 20, 2016, and a second son named Jeh Ali Khan, born on February 21, 2021.

Dev Anand’s nephew denies reports of Juhu bungalow sale for ₹400 crore; says, “It’s false news”

One day following reports that the Juhu residence of the late legendary actor Dev Anand had been sold for Rs 400 crore and was slated to be replaced by a 22-story tower, his nephew Ketan Anand has categorically dismissed the news as inaccurate.

Renowned filmmaker Dev Anand’s nephew, Ketan Anand, has firmly refuted recent reports suggesting that the Anand family had sold the iconic Juhu bungalow for an estimated ₹350-400 crore. Ketan, the son of Chetan Anand, responded to these rumours by stating, “No, it’s false news. I have checked with Devina and the family.”

These reports had emerged claiming that the Juhu residence where Dev Anand, along with his wife Kalpana Kartik and their children Suniel Anand and Devina Anand, had resided, had been sold to a real estate company. According to sources, the deal had been finalized, and the paperwork is currently underway. The prime location of the property, surrounded by the bungalows of prominent industrialists, led to its estimated value of ₹350-400 crores. The property is reportedly set to be replaced by a 22-floor tower.

Explaining the decision to sell the bungalow, sources had revealed to Hindustan Times that Dev Anand’s son, Suniel, resides in the United States, while his daughter, Devina, lives in Ooty with their mother, Kalpana Kartik. With no family members residing in Mumbai to oversee the property, the Anand family opted to sell it. This move follows a similar decision made around a decade ago when Dev Anand’s studio in Mumbai was sold. The proceeds from the studio’s sale were used to purchase three apartments, with one each allocated to Suniel, Devina, and Kalpana Kartik.

Ketan Anand’s clear denial has put an end to the speculation surrounding the sale of this iconic property associated with the legendary Dev Anand and his family.

Dev Anand had chosen Juhu to build his home in 1950 when the area was relatively unfamiliar to many. In earlier interviews, he shared that he chose Juhu because he fell in love with the natural beauty of the place. However, over the years, Juhu has become crowded and bustling with activity, losing the quiet charm it once had.
